Excellent strategic location, wide variety of eateries and convenience shops within walking distance. Indomaret is right opposite the hotel. Hotel also provides water dispensers outside the hotel rooms, making it very convenient for guests to get drinking water. Electric kettles are also provided in the rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. The interior of the rooms are showing signs of age and wear e.g. cracks, dirt on walls, dirty grouting in toilet, stains on toilet seat. Toilet is small. Room lighting is dim. Room is big but the isn't enough stands to place our luggages / bags.

The hotel is fine, quite central location. Rooms and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is extensive, enough choices and the local pastries were very nice. We liked the fact that there's a swimming pool. The hotel looks and feels a bit like it could use a renovation. For example the bathrooms and the balconies.

It was all good except the fact that Quest hotel is right next to a high school and the noise and yelling for call to prayer and the jingles! Plus, there was no pool hours as many guest with their kids would be playing in the pool starting at 6 o'ckock in the morning. No way to sleep with that noise. If you like to sleep late like me, avoid this hotel, but if you an early riser, then you would be fine. The staff is very pleasant and the bed was nice and firm. Less noise.

Location, arrival, friendly staff, good housekeeping and secure overnight parking were all good. Restaurant outlet open from early to late and serves beer in the evenings. Breakfast consists of a Nusantara (local) food buffet, it looked good but we didn't have time to try it. The aircon in the room was new and worked well. The mattress was firm and supportive, and all surfaces in the room and ensuite bathroom had been thoroughly cleaned. Bedsheets and towels were quite old, and slightly smelly as if not much detergent used to wash them. The swimming pool deck looked nice but swimming pool was small and quite busy.
