Semarang is a business city and this hotel was a great business hotel. The staff were very polite and attentive and the facilities excellent. We were given access to the Business Lounge which was on the 17th floor and had great views. This hotel could not be faulted as a business hotel - we liked it very much.

Quiet room and big size equipped with compact tea table sets very comfy to relax after busy day. Big size of fitness center including shower and Sauna room. Local food for breakfast e.g. lumpia, soto, and nasi-ayam are very delicious. And the jamu drinks as well. The western breakfast is very less variety and taste not as western e.g cheese, ham and the bread. The pool is so small and open area is too hot during the day for Semarang. Needs some green to make fresh and shades. The windows room are not able to open to get fresh air. Refresh air room circulation.

Breakfast menus varies! We went for breakfast 2 mins before closing and everything are still well served. Housekeeping was great too, I got a complimentary birthday cake prepared after my room got cleaned up. No direct elevator from basement parking to hotel rooms

Location is superb. Sufficient parking space It was a good hotel in the past I stayed in this hotel quite a few times. But the standard is deteriorating Amenities in the room were too restricted. Many times we asked for additional coffee sachets (they only put two sachets every day) while other hotel with this class have Nespresso machine. At one day, we found the tiny pantry desk was not thoroughly cleaned. At the other day the stirrer was missing (there is no coffee spoon, instead only plastic stirrers are provided). Only two cups are available in the room. Amenity supply is more like a hotel that cost half of the price they charge.
