Location is near everywhere. Walking distance to the 1st toko Oen, Mall, food. Swimming pool not too big. And fitness centre also enough for everyday exercise. The star of this hotel is their breakfast. I should say, its almost like 5 stars hotel breakfast. So if breakfast is important for you, this is a perfect hotel Parking space actually not too small, but not big. Specially if they held an event. If there is not space left on 1P, dont try to go to the 2P if you have a very low car

Clean and staff very friendly

We had a really memorable moment in this hotel because as we arrived in the hotel after a long trip from jakarta, one of the tyres became flat. Jay, one of the security/valet team members quickly called me and offered to help with the Tyre change. He event went the extra mile to help me get the Tyre repaired in the nearest SPBU. Afterwards, he helped putting back the original (and how-fixed) Tyre. What impressed me was not that he helped me because anyone will help if I asked them, but rather his quick and proactive thinking, combined with his experience in doing the work. For me this was the true definition of service excellence in hospitality. Throughout the stay I also notice that the service excellence standards for all team members are really high. Well done Chanti for having such a standard. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in Semarang. The parking space is rather small, but with a helpful team of security/valet, this is actually a non-issue.

Lovely menu Everything is wonderful

I was impressed by hotel Chanti. When I book the room, I'm a bit worry because they do have smoking floor, and I'm sensitive of cigarette smell. So I'm afraid that the air circulation will not so good, that my room will have cigarette smell too even though I book non-smoking room. But it was clean, and I didn't smell cigarette at all in my room. Bed is comfortable. And breakfast is really fabulous, I really enjoy my breakfast time at Chanti Hotel. Lots of variety, and attentive staff. At Barcha (bar / restaurant on the Lobby floor, opposite the reception), they provide an indoor smoking area that is not separated by walls or enclosed in a designated room. As a non-smoker, I found the smell very disturbing. Even though there were two air purifiers placed in the area—and I chose a table close to one of them—the cigarette smoke was still very noticeable and unpleasant. I hope the management considers creating a properly enclosed smoking room to ensure a more comfortable experience for non-smoking guests too.

The room is quite comfortable. The lounge is comforting with great service from the staff The breakfast though not as good as it was the last time we were there. However, the staff are very helpful. I only caught one name Maria but all the crews at breakfast were doing great job
