location was superb. Only short distance to popular places to eat and coffeeshops. Nearby has convenient store, gas station. Staff were friendly too. parking is tight and the building itself need refreshment. You can find stains on the carpets, walls, bed sheets. Also need better sound proofing as neighbor or the alleyway sound is very noticeable from inside the room. If you parked your car in the building, the system isn't efficient as you need clearance every time you parked although you're staying for couple of days.

The bed was comfortable The toilet dirty and when i have breakfast the staff just stand there for nothing, no even care about make the table set .

Location The bathroom was smelly, the shower didn’t work properly, the bedsheet had some stains, and the most disappointed was the breakfast, the menu, variation, the taste was so poor. The 3 star hotels are better than this.

We got what we needed. A comfy bed for two nights, swimming for the kids, and a great location-a few steps away from QueenCity Mall. The room was not that cold. We were feeling a little bit hot. The pillow cases was not white enough for me.
