Staff always helpful and polite. Perfect location very near the beach. Many restaurants shops and facilities at hand. Very beautiful rooms and villas. Recommend.

The rooms in the villa were great. Close to the beach which also had a couple of restaurants. The pool was cleaned everyday and well maintained. The staff were always friendly and made superb breakfast. No option of mosquito nets. They sprayed the rooms every evening which helped a little, but we still gotten bitten at night. The location is also not too great. The road the property is on has money conversion shops that try to scam you and some of the shop owners are rude. Traffic to get out of batu belig is a little frustrating.

The villa was beautiful. it was a villa in a resort and hence was safe, had a reception etc. The beach is literally a 2 min walk and there are so many beach clubs and lovely restaurants along the beach. the waves were very very rough though and i barely saw a couple of people in the sea at any time. but a great place to chill and relax

room is big and cosy. bed and pillow is comfortable. clean and toiletries are sufficient. pool is small but there were not much people staying so the pool was enough for us. hot shower available and water pressure is good. staff were friendly and service was good. ac and wifi worked very well. walkable distance and alot of food and marts around. beach at walkable distance. blackout curtains and quiet at night. quite a good price for the place we get. didnt use the gym but it looks pretty small. the whole area is smaller than expected. reception is just opposite us, maybe 10s walk. alot of mosquitoes.

Amazing location and beautifully decorated. We were able to get to sunset quickly with a two minute walk. Very warm service with a fully equipped villa and room for a family. The ACS were not powerful and one of the rooms is close to the street so traffic is audible at night.

We had a wonderful stay and would thoroughly recommend this boutique hotel. The staff were professional and friendly, and were always quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our arrival. The pick-up shuttle service was quick and reliable and took us to the hotel where we were met by helpful staff. Breakfast was a treat, as was the family suite that we stayed in. The linen was crisp and clean, and the three bedroom all had modern en-suites. All bedrooms were incredibly spacious, and the bathrooms stunning. The staff couldn't be more helpful and courteous, recommending taxi services and places to shop and visit in Bali. The walk to the beach was only two minutes away, with a convenience shop across the road.

We were upgraded to a nicer room since there was a little issue with the room we had booked. Pool is very nice. Very clean. Staff friendly. Rooms are nicely decorated.

Perfect little quiet place to stay in amongst the business of the outside world. Rooms beautiful layout and quiet. Lovely pool to enjoy after wandering the street. You do have to get rides everywhere, walk along the beach more difficult than we thought.

Rooms were as pictured on the website. Staff very incredibly friendly and helpful. They kept the rooms clean and came in early evening to spray for mosquitoes. A bit of noise from the nearby traffic.
