A very short walk to the beach

Excellent. Clean, and almost beachfront. Reception ladies were super sweet, they helped me have my laundry timely. Melinda, the owner helped me get my keys while I was at the airport. Much appreciated help. None

Breakfast was excellent with the beautiful ocean view every morning -- it was great! Sliding door lock could have been better, seems it need a new screw. Maybe more tea and coffee in the room would be helpful - maybe coffee out out in the shared deck / kitchen when you run out in your room.

The place was beautiful, the personal was lovely and caring all the time, the cleaning service was sublime and the breakfast was fantastic. Nothing at all.

it was very beauty place. Nearby the beach.

I liked the room, facilities and proximity to the beach. Very comfortable. Upstairs sitting area was a great place to cool off with the breeze. There is quite a bit of construction going on outside the hotel as of November 2024. Also didn't like how the pool is in the lobby.

It was very well. If i back to Seminyak I ll stay there. Very close to the ocean. And there are many facilities around the hotel. It was very clean and rooms are spacious. It was feel like a home. Staff is very helpfull and always smiling There was restoration on the way to the hotel and it was temporary i think that i will finish in a month. And a small fridge maybe more comfortable for guests. But there is a big fringe in the common area

Proximity to the beach. Breakfast on the beach Super relaxed chill area upstairs, which catches the breeze to keep you cool. Lovely intimate swimming pool area for a few beers and light conversation. Big beds. Great staff with lots of ideas of things to do. Lovely and quiet. Honesty bar was well stocked. 24 hour reception as we arrived at 2am and there was a smile welcome. Stay was too short. Be aware of the currents directly in front of the house. Better to walk 500m right to an area where the currents are slightly softer. No need for a car, hire scooters to get around as traffic congestion can be manic.

New beach house located just steps away from the beach. There was a lot of construction and that made it difficult for cars to pick up or drop off

The location is Just amazing for those once who love promenade and hate bikes ? I really advice it for everyone and trust me I have taste in things As well my inner perfectionist was very happy to have a breakfast in beach cafe with sea view … it’s included .. and just sooo perfect solution . Bravo to owner of this house

lovely hotel with communal kitchen and potable water. large well furnished room with Netflix tv. The hosts were excellent and very helpful. The pool was small but great. good wifi. very close to the beach. breakfast was on the beach looking out to sea. great breakfast. floor to ceiling windows that didnt let in much light. The pool is in reception and viewable from the street.

Everything good 2 min walk from the beach The location is closed, you can’t walk to the city unless by Taxi if you planning to go for a walk you cannot as it’s away from the city
