Issue with shower, could not get hot water. Had to get staff but only got water to luke warm. Nice patio with drying rack and closet but no other place to store clothes.

Interconnected rooms (very rare in Lombok) with balcony Found dead cockroach at the balcony and outside of the resort, only KFC and a bar in walking distance with some roadside food stalls.

Staff all are friendly from manager to rank & file level. Well done! Can't sleep till 4 am due to the opposite is Night Club and they are all very noisy

This hotel was unexpected in respect to the way it was designed. The whole aspect of this hotel is about water. There's water inside the hotel. Little ponds of water, sometimes flowing, sometimes still, and also set into the gardens. So there was this open, airiness feeling because there were not windows everywhere. There was just natural connection with the outside. The room was excellent. The view was good. The staff were very, very, very attentive. The food was very good. Room was very spacious and nicely designed. Much better than I even expected, at a lot less than another top hotel nearby. It was so perfect that we rebooked for the end of our trip. Nothing

The place was convineint and close by many shops. Opposite is the beach. Mostly locals and some tourist. Was here in Apr which is low peak season. Hence, ot was quiter with some bistro/eatries were closed. This stay prob a transit to the Gili island. Nothing much to do - just eat, spa, and the beach.

It was a big resort, the spa and gym was good. We made good use of the spa, there are 2 big pools which are lovely in the hot weather & a Starbucks inside the hotel aswell as KFC and alfamart across the road and atm. The WiFi wasn’t very good and there is no breakfast included in the price.

The hotel staff were really nice and polite What to say, the hotel looks beautiful but then all the rest of the details disappoint. We booked because the pictures show beautiful amenities. When we arrived the beach area was barely open and did not have things out for us to enjoy. The beach bar had music one day but then the second night we went they had a movie playing outside. When it rained they stopped the movie but didn’t put music on in the beach bar we had to ask to make the atmosphere. The room was nice but lacked attention the garbage can was dirty and noise from a club nearby kept us awake. The bathroom smelt musty and damp the fan was not working properly to clear the room. The two worst things about our stay the main bar and pool bar closed. We were not informed before arrival had we have been told we would have moved as the area does not have anything else suitable. I did inform the receptionist and she offered a new room but what good is a new room if the amenities are still closed and lacking. Lastly the breakfast buffet. First day everything seemed fresh and nice the second day the bread / croissants etc clearly hard and stale from day before they didn’t bother to make new. And flies on the fresh fruits! Not just a stray fly but many little fruit goes indicating it has been left out. I would not recommend. For the quality your supposed to get from 4* it was not. The best thing I had was the Starbucks located inside at a cost of my own. I did contact the hotel via booking.con message but the hotel has failed to respond. We checked out early as we could find a new hotel around our pre booked tours.

Great hotel, pool and gym were really nice. Rooms are a good size. Staff were lovely and very accommodating.

Clean, spacious, very nice staff. Breakfast was inconsistent, excellent some days with lots of staff to man the buffet line and, other days, food was cold and few staff around to serve.
