The pool, situation and the staff

All of the staff are so friendly. They were all smiles and so so helpful. They even organized taxis for me and made my arrival and departure seamless. They have a great restaurant and bar as well with very tasty food.

Vintage decoration, chill vibes, very good location, clean pool, massimo gelato, and good resto and bar with affordable price! Compare to the rate and what i’ve got, im grateful to be here. Im wondering how people could still be complaining in this beautiful place. But ya, complaining people will just complain with whatever. The staff are friendly. Nothing. All perfect

The room was clean, the food very delicious, the staff very helpful and friendly, everything is perfect, definitely well be comeback again

room is small, no windows, shower only had a cold tap (but we didn't mind these things, you get what you pay for, its still a beautiful location only 10min walk fro the beach)

I always have a great time staying at Attara Heritage Senggigi. I've been here a few times now, and the service keeps getting better. The hotel is super comfy, the staff are friendly, and the price is just right. It’s one of my favorite places to stay in Lombok!

The location was good, the pool was lovely, the staff very friendly, close to cheap and tasty food from local warungs. Air conditioning worked well, room small with no window, bed comfortable with nice white sheets. Value for money. No mirror in bathroom and light wasn't bright enough.
