Central location. Was clean, comfortable bed in delux room. 1 minute walk to Willy bar and grill which has awesome food and a pool table. 5 minute walk to harbour Scamming front desk man on arrival. Told me my online booking of delux room was not available untill the next day !!!he then tried to sell me the most disgusting mouldy room for 100,000 less. Being a seasoned traveler and live in Indonesia I knew exactly this type of nonsense he was trying to do.. I made it very loud and clear in front of everybody that he was trying to scam me out of my booking. ?? embarrassed he then told me my room ready soon. Asking for price of large beer he told me 60,000. So I go drink it, he comes to me and wants to take my iPhone back to the desk to check booking, after he had looked at my phone 4 times. I loudly and clearly told him to go away. Then amazing my room is ready. I give him 100,000 for my 60,000 beer, he then gives me small equivalent change of 1550 ????. Again loudly and clearly tell him he is ripping me off, now I’m very hot and angry. ? other staff come over and I explain. Then he pulls the correct remaining change of mine from his pocket. ?♀️???. Saying sorry sorry sorry, I don’t speck good English (previously he did) I said that’s nothing to do with maths !!! Then I go to my room, 8 delux rooms on my floor, not one person staying in any of them that night. So he just lie, what he doesn’t realise is I’m friends with the tourism office in Mataram, so I’ve reported him to the officials. They are not happy about this man trying to scam a single white women. He will lose his job now. Inshalah ??

Bed was comfortable Room was located next to bar which played loud music till very late in the night. Shower was over a bath, and the hand-held shower was not long enough, had to lie in bathtub to wash yourself. Unable to pay accommodation fees by card, wanting cash. Room was not made up each day. No hot water.

- The location was alright within walking distance from restaurants, shops etc... - towels provided - the front of the rooms areas to sit and put dirty stuff out This property is advertising a complete different level of services and quality that it is in reality. We absolutely not had the experience we were expecting. We tried to file a claim to customer service but they dodged the bullet to the property who obviously didn't bother replying.. Upon check-in, arriving late and tired, we were made to wait for at least 20 minutes by the receptionist barely speaking any words, couldn't figure out our reservation even though we had a personal email sent to us an hour previously. Then we were not even told we had to book for our INCLUDED breakfasts in the morning so WE COULDN'T GET IT!!!! The bathroom was absolutely disgusting with dead insects everywhere on the ceiling, mould everywhere on the shower, drains smells and moist air without any ventilation.... The aircon was so noisy we couldn't leave it at night.... The beds were not even made properly with no common sense (who put the common blanket BEFORE the "clean" bedsheet????)... The size of the room was ridiculous with barely any space to put the luggages.... The light switch frame was coming out of the wall with electric wires out... The curtains were so pale that light was coming through in the morning.. And to conclude, we didn't get the rooms that were advertised on our bookings and didn't even get to be shown around by the MUTE staff and didn't even see the look of the pool.. ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS SERVICE DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL
