The bathroom fixtures were a little dated.

Very quiet, almost deserted - seemed odd to have the place to ourselves, sort of gave it no atmosphere, but great for the serenity. Pool was great, breakfast was adequate, staff were accommodating, room was adequate, comfy bed (had a memory foam topper and blanket) Air con worked well, hot shower. Beach was okay, bit dirty out the front, close to the centre. WiFi was non existent, other than in the reception area. Had to ask for pool towels and more toilet tissue. Pillows supplied (only two) were way too fat and they seemed reluctant to exchange, but did in the end.

Have stayed there many times and it is now one of my favourite hotels around the Globe! A great place and any negatives would be nit-picking ...

Great pool and view, gardens, fridge in room. An unpleasant aroma from shower drain. Staff notified. Litter on the beach in front.

Great for families with a pool and beach on one side and a variety of warungs and convenience stores on the other.

The location is okay The rooms had more than 5 geekos inside when we moved in. So they were already there. Very uncomfortable

Location & price. Staff were lovely. No fridge in the room but otherwise the room & surroundings were fabulous.

The food was good. I thought all the Indonesian fishing boats parked on the beach behind the hotel were cool. I had room 118 and the a/c blew cold, so that was nice. Hot water was hot, which was nice. Overall, it's not a bad spot to stay near the water. Everybody that I came across who worked at the hotel was friendly. Thanks for making my stay pleasant. If I were given one gripe, the chairs need cushions.

The location is convenient is in senggigi high Street. Easy walk to the restaurant, pub, night club, salon, spa and to the locals shop. The swimming pool and the restaurant facing the beach view. Some of the rooms is not good, specially the bathroom needed to be upgrade.

Fantastic location. We had a wonderful ocean view from our room. Breakfast was adequate, choice of eggs, toast, mie goreng or nasi goreng. Hotel well located. Good value. A little tired, but that is completely understandable coming back after recent years.

the views of the ocean the pool the food wasn’t up to western standards the staff can’t speak English and can’t understand what is needed there were no coffee or tea or cups and saucers or glass to drink your water, only an electric kettle , when I asked they said they don’t supply those things. no soaps to wash your hands the blanket on beds need washing.
