Very friendly staff and good food

The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom/ room had a bit of a mouldy smell, if attention was brought to that we would stay again. The location was great as it was close to everything and had beaches around as well as lots of great restaurants!

Couple of noisy mosques nearby in case morning call to prayers is not your thing.

Location central for day trips and multiple restaurants all round after a day of exploring. Staff organised our adventures and transport to the Gili islands. Easy pleasant experience in a foreign country.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel Very disappointing overall, not at all like the pictures The room was very much below standard, the wall and ceiling had mold The bathroom and shower were extremely old and not adequate ( my son was upset the second we walked in) The breakfast was too small a portion ; two eggs & a piece of toast ; below expectations The pool needs serious cleaning The room didn’t even have a trash bin The mosque across the street is very inconsiderate of the surrounding environment ? reciting Quran on loudspeakers at 4 am for a long duration non- stop , totally disturbing!! And not the norm for a mosque at all! We expected a lot more , so not at all value for money; would not come back!

Staff were very sweet, it had a nice relaxation area it was centrally located it had air con it was cheap it was near the Gili islands It was my fault, it was a small room, you get what you pay for, only two people were staying there, It was just too claustrophobic, I had to move out to a more luxurious place on the beach using booking.com , the photo of the property was too good

The rooftop swimming pool was awesome. Delicious breakfast, varied food and drink. I did like the expertly made cappuccino Lack of parking space

This place was great value , the staff amazingly friendly. It was clean. The daybed at the pool was perfect and breakfast by the pool was to die for.

This is a lovely little hotel with a rooftop pool right in the centre of Senggigi. Great value.

We were able to leave some bags for a couple of days without charge, which was very nice of them. It is in walking distance from Senggigi Harbour and the ferry. The breakfast was excellent and they have decent coffee. A tip. We moved to this hotel because a nearby hotel had no water pressure for showers etc. Of course the first thing we checked was water for showers which was excellent. The manager pointed out that they have a large tank on the 4th level which can service the hotel if the town water supply is off which apparently happens frequently

Nice stay and good price-quality ratio. Friendly staff and manager, they made us feel welcome. Central location and all the staff helps you all the needed fasilities (taxi, rent scooter ext.) Property is bit old and not perfectly but relatively clean.

This hotel was great. Our room was clean with freshly laundered linen. Everything worked well and even though it is in the centre of Senggigi we felt peaceful and serene. From the pool deck there are great views of the mountain jungle to the rear as well as the beach area. The staff were so friendly and supportive and communication with them was easy. We can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back. Thank you for the unique time.
