Very poor management. The person in charge was never present and showed no interest in guests. We only saw her once, when we went to the place and asked about making a booking she just told us to book online and said that the room keys were already in the doors, then immediately left without giving us the keys directly or even pointing out which room was ours. After that, every time we contacted her, problems were ignored. The only replies you receive are automated messages, and you are left completely on your own. The WiFi does not reach the rooms, so you must go downstairs to the common area to get a usable signal. The AC never worked from the moment we arrived. The location is a very small residential area with nothing to do nearby; it is much better to stay in the next town, which has shops, supermarkets, and a proper beach. They also own a restaurant, and we experienced a serious issue there. My card was charged 3 times for the exact same meal and they even asked us to pay a 4th time in cash. When I asked the host for help with this, she refused to assist and claimed that the restaurant was a separate business from the hotel . This is clearly not true: the hotel keychain advertises the restaurant, the restaurant menu is inside the hotel, the hotel description states that management operates from the restaurant, and the restaurant staff even have the hotel’s posnet and access to the bookings. They just wanted not to help us Despite this, we were left without help after being charged 108.150 (the price of the meal) but four times (a total of 432.600 three with card one in cash). This behavior is extremely concerning for guests and shows a complete lack of responsibility from management.

Super clean and it felt very safe. Large rooms. Great showers. Kitchen available for guests to use.

The property was great, with big rooms, a great bed, clean, and close to the beach. The staff was attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Great breakfast also.

It was a fantastic stay at KJ Inn! the rooms are super clean with substantial size beds for a bunk bed. The fact that there is an actual little staircase for the top bunks was another unique bonus. Kerry was an amazing host and made everyone feel super welcome. lI would 100% recommend and stay again if I am back in Sengiggi! ☺️Location is also great- 5 mins from Sengiggi centre.
