Hotel POCO Seongsu

Great location. You can see the hotel building from the exit 3 of Seongsu-station. Highly recommended for people who want to explore seongsu and shopping comfortably. I had a smooth check-in. The room was clean and quiet at night. The bathroom doesn't separate wet area and dry area so it might be a bit mess after showering but not a big deal. In my opinion the luggage deposit capacity is not enough for the guests and we have to pay for the deposit.

The location is amazing and the staff were so helpful! We had a great stay. Nothing.

Great location in Seongsu, very close to the metro station. Very in and out, not a hotel you want to spend time in

The hotel's lobby is tiny with restricted movement if multiple people are checking in.

The location was great, and the self check-in was easy to use. The staff were helpful and had a great attitude. Everything was clean, and the water pressure in the shower was great. There are even lockers to store your bag after you check out. The bed was a more traditional bed and was quite hard. The pillows were also not comfortable.

The atmosphere of the room was boring. The bathroom was grey and there is no Design!

The location was great! Close to the metro and the airport bus was also reasonably close. The air-conditioning didn't have a silent mode, which was quite loud at night unfortunately

if you want to enjoy Sungsoo street, the location is just nice. The bed is very uncomfortable, It made back born pain. it made wake me up early time due to back born pain.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Location is surely the best in the area. The room rate could be higher if 1. the toilet equipped with rinse bidet (either handheld/compact) 2. the shower area added with shower curtain and PVC/Silicone water blocking baffle on the floor I would surely give this hotel a perfect 100% if they do so.

It was a great experience, great customer Service by the staff. Location exceeded expectations & superb value for money. I will be back & and I will recommend it to anyone. I loved it ?

It's not a hotel, it's basically a motel with the horrible chlorine smell and not so clean bathroom. Rooms look nothing like on the photos, it's more of a prison cell type of situation with hard bed, 2 tiny pillows and white walls with paint stains all over them. Bathroom is tiny and wasn't super clean, corners look dirty and slimy.

The location is great and near the shopping & restaurants area. A lot of activities that you can do here or grab the subway or bus to reach other destinations easily. Room facility especially every plug in my room isn't fit when using the adapter.

The location was literally central to shops, restaurants and most importantly public transport. Room service everyday oof- and also free washing machine and dryer. Complimentary water. Superb! 100% recommend! Would love to have had an extra pillow.

The localisation is perfect. Right in the middle of Seongsu dong. The bed is hard, the room is functional, clean, city view. Free water bottles. Front desk is very helpful and there is someone h24. Very close to the metro with convenience shops all around. The walls are thin. In the morning you can hear the daily life of the other rooms. The room was very hot. We had to sleep with the window open. But we would still go back so no big issue with these.

Very comfortable hotel just a few steps from exit 3 of Seongsu subway, a convenience store & dozens of cafes & restaurants. Comfy bed, good shower, spotless room. There is also a microwave in the lobby, as well as a washing machine & dryer (you just pay for the washing pod if you need one). I stayed for 2 weeks visiting my daughter & loved it. Nice to have lots of green space at nearby Seoul Forest. Also, the airport bus stop 6013 is an 8 min walk away, so the location is v convenient for transport. My view was of a bustling Seongsu street with a glimpse of the mountains in the background, but the room was quiet despite the busy location. Nothing.

Location was amazing. Right by the Line 2 subway. And also very accessible to a bus line that goes straight to Incheon airport. Lots of cafes nearby. While they had complimentary access to a washer and dryer, they didn't have any laundry detergent. Also, one of the times I used the lobby bathroom there was no toilet paper... :(
