Value for the price. A nice room for the money paid. The whole area is surrounded by foreigners. Felt like being in a different country. No restaurants available nearby. Do not feel safe to walk around the hotel. No ATM nearby. Do not feel like Cheras or Balakong. It was like Selayang. The receptionist is always missing. Can't even get a teh tarik. A Pakistani stall available nearby with their kind of tea.(so dirty).

The staff is extremely friendly and promptly addressed our complaints about some malfunctions in 30 mins. Considering the very affordable price, the hotel room offers a cozy design with just enough space to move around, despite being small. It is equipped with toilet paper, clothes hangers, a sturdy cabinet, and a table. There is also a hot/cold water dispenser near the elevator, making it easy to prepare coffee, as the room does not include a kettle. Most importantly, the hotel is located at a strategic place where you can access convenient store, food stalls, groceries and malls nearby. There were ants crawling in and out near the wall corner where the air conditioner is installed, close to the outlet.

The host was helpful and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were easy and convenient. I was very disappointed with the room. It was dirty and had a strong smoking smell, even though I requested a non-smoking room. The smell was so strong that it made me feel nauseous, which was especially difficult since I am pregnant. Additionally, the iron was old and not functioning well. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.
