its hard to return the keys because the amerin mall only open at 1000am

Big house with small shopping mall for guest convenient. With free Wifi. With toilet paper and floor mat. Stain on towel, bed sheets, hard mattress, a lot of small cockroach in the kitchen and even at the living and bedroom. no tissue paper. Owner should have change the sponge for dishwashing, I when over to DIY to buy a new one. That sponge is disgusting. Don't even dare to use the kitchen at all. The living and dining table legs are all loosen, shaking. Remove control of the aircond only one is working. Owner please go and check your own unit once awhile.

Quite dusty in the hall and rooms. Broken & cracked plates, glasses.
