The water on the bathroom floor was stagnant. The bedsheets were not properly washed as there were some stains on it. The hot water from the shower was not hot enough. There was no water dispenser available in the hotel.

Clean, comfortable beds, spacious room. Near to restaurants, burger stall, speedmart and self service laundry. Its near to main road so it was still noisy even after midnight.

Nice water pressure in the bath, location is very close to miecc Basic but has all the essential stuff Firm bed too Some amenities didn't replenish before we check in, but can request from the from the front desk. Might get a bit noisy so prepare some ear plugs

Receptionist ok... Small room but nice No car park reservef.. public car park only No coffee just a mineral water... At least the hotel must standby a packet of 3 in 1 coffee..

Comfortable room for 2 people with twin separate bed Clean bed, mattress, pillow, bathroom, wc We can hear the traffic noise as my room is facing the main road. But its quite okay for me.

The receptionist, thin Indian girl was rude and not attentive at all. Also, I arrived at 1 pm and requested early check-in a month before my visit. The management accepted the request via email. When I informed the receptionist for early check-in, which 1 hour earlier, she demanded me to pay extra RM20. Budget hotel seems not budget at all. Zero star for the rude receptionist. What a shame

The receptionist I came across was very impolite, rather very rude for her job. No regular room service. The toilet has a glass door, which leaves a little opening when closed.
