Exceptional

Initially, the host confirmed we can check in late in the evening. We booked the place because it was close to Bergamo Airport and we had an early flight. When we came to Milano, we realised that it takes around 20 minutes to get to the airport by car and over one hour by public transport. When I asked the host to confirm that and give advice on how to get to the airport, they never replied my texts and phone call. Nonetheless, when a local friend dialed the host's number, the host picked up and confirmed that you can get to the B&B by a taxi and from the B&B to the airport only by taxi as well. No more support was offered. It was 7 pm in the evening and decided not to stay at the B&B, because of the hostile attitude of the host and the risk of not getting on time to the airport for our early flight. When we informed the host of our decision, the only response was to refer to the booking conditions. We were lucky that we had a friend that offered her place and helped us out to get to the airport in the morning. During all my stays with Booking over the years, this was the most unhelpful and stressful experience I have had.

The instructions were super clear ! The room is very beutiful and tidy ( not a lot of stuff ). It looks new or renewed lately . In the morning we did not have the breakfast included but we could take a coffe for 0.5 euro which was just what we needed to get the day started . The house is 2 minutes from the train station of seriate and yet we did not hear the trains at night ! Overall everything was great! I found nothing negative to write

Great accommodation. Great security to it. Very helpful host who was very fast with their replies to ensure we had the best stay possible. The area can be slightly more dodgy than your more touristy areas but a really safe and nice place to stay and just a short drive into Bergamo Airport (about 12 mins). If you need to eat it’s just an 8 minute walk to a pizzeria/kebab place called King Bar Pizza Kebab - we had a lovely man serve us dinner on our evening in Bergamo and really treated us well (we got a takeaway but you can eat in and there’s a bar) N/A

Host was kind and helpful but doesn’t speak good English which lead to communication through translater. The location is close to the airport but on the wrong side. You either walk 1,5h or you pay 45-60€ for a taxi for 10 minute drive which is crazy high. Nothing close by nor to explore.

I traveled with my parents and we were looking for a good option close to the airport, we stayed only one night but B&B Luna was perfect, we found comfortable beds, a large and clean bathroom and good breakfast. Sonia was friendly and also took us to the airport.

Clean Very noisy, we could hear every single car passing in front of the car

It was nice and cozy. The bathroom is in the other room which you have to approach from the hall. It was 1 hour away from the airport, not 30 minutes like the comments say.

The owner was nice and offered airport shuttle service which was convenient for us. The room was very clean.

Very clean & tidy! We stayed here for one night as we couldn’t get from Milan to Bergamo airport for our 6am flight. Cheap, close to transport, restaurants etc had everything we needed.
