The lack of a 24/7 front desk was a challenge for check in. I met my father in Italy and he arrived earlier than I did, and before the posted check in time. The staff was not at the desk so check in was difficult. The staff also does not have a good grasp of English so if that is your predominant language just a heads up.

Secure parking, nice and clean, lift available and easy access to restaurants and shops. Bathroom was a bit snug.

Parking in a private space. Fast check-in. Spacious room with AC and a fridge. A weird location/neighbourhood.

The price is affordable given that it is in Milan. Calm place I didn't like that it takes a lot for the air condition to work. To add up, it is a bit far from the city centre so you really have to plan your day because the travel time from hotel to the city centre is around 1 hour. The remote control for the TV is not in the room. For improvement, I would suggest that they would put floor mat in the shower room.

its not about the location as such but its at the upper parts of the hill and hence one needs to be really fit to walk uphill to reach the property. it was particularly exhausting to walk uphill at the day end. riding a taxi or renting a scooter could do the job.

Honestly, nothing really other than a fly that bothered us at night, but we still got a good night's sleep either way, so still an amazing stay

The self-service check-in went very well. The room was large, it was well equipped, there was a hair dryer in the toilet. There was no kettle in the room.
