Daniel is a great host. Very roomy and clean. Great breakfast.

Situation exceptionnelle, ravissante chambre climatisée et propriétaires charmants. Nous avons pu laisser nos vélos dans le joli jardin clôturé et profiter de la piscine. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et nous avons pu le prendre très tôt pour repartir en vélo avant qu’il ne fasse trop chaud!

The room is a separate cottage / mazet. It is spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom and a hanging basket chair. The host is very quiet and leaves you alone, so it is really like having your own apartment. There is a full closet. I will point out that it is a 400 meter uphill walk from the center of town, but that is a plus for me to be in a calmer neighborhood. There is some noise from rue de la Caraussanne which is somewhat busy in the early morning, however there is enough screening in the garden to muffle the sound.

Really friendly host for a great self contained suite. Well located for a wander into central Sete. Tasty breakfast.

Good facilities in a private location situated just outside the town centre. Excellent breakfasts especially the fresh orange juice and the homemade cake. Nothing at all

Breakfast was good. very good for ‚south- European-standard‘ :-) . Tea, coffee, jam, sweets, baguette, jogurt, cerials, water… all there. Very friendly owner! Parking was on the street but safe and no charge. Nothing to complain.

Lovely annexe room with fridge and outside seating area. Unfortunately safe couldn’t be used. Very comfortable bed. Was up a very steep hill away from the town.

Hugo's affection and lovely smile The hill from the centre to the hotel and noisy road outside which didn't make sitting in the garden very relaxing. Breakfast at a very specific time, hosts did not speak much English, our French is poor so difficult conversations over breakfast, or none at all when other guests were French. No housekeeping at all during the 4 days of our stay. The room was well equipped and we were fine but I would have expected some cleaning during that time

Friendly hosts and a lovely breakfast

We had a lovely big room with patio doors and wood floor. The bed was huge and linen fresh and high quality. The shower room was good with lovely floor tiles. The breakfast of croissants, fresh bread and jam, muesli and yoghurt was very nice, and served on the patio outside. Thankyou Madame. Madame was also very helpful and pleasant allowing us to secure our bikes in town while we walked around for 2 hours. The host - the gentleman was not at all welcoming. He didn’t smile and was only concerned with handing over the keys. The pool was not available to us. We were told it shuts at 5. Despite checking when booking if we could store our electric bikes inside, he was very reluctant to do so. His garage was full. After insisting he did allow us to put the bikes inside.

Great modern room. Had everything you needed. Run by a really lovely family. Little terrace and garden area. Good breakfast. On street parking with a short walk into town. Nothing.
