Even tho there is no 24hr desk the host Christine was very helpful, attentive, and kind

Increíblemente espectacular, hostal con características de hotel de 3/4 estrellas. Es completamente nuevo, zona muy tranquila y silenciosa realmente lo recomiendo

Everything was fine, very nice patio on the roof, nice little kitchen... The staff were pretty much invisible, but very helpful when they came... answered texts right away... doors automated... make sure you have a functioning celphone to get messages on whatsapp...

Beautiful location, very clean. Great rooftop patio and kitchen The bed was a little hard, but it was ok.

The location is great. The kitchen is well organized and staff were cleaning everyday. Manager Cristina is exceptional. Easy to communicate, prompt to response and always available even on her days off The size of the firm room for 3 people is a bit too small and the height space between the beds a bit too small.

Very good Hostel

Hostel/hotel boutique. Clean, well organised, 10 to 5 min to all the attractions in Setúbal. Friendly manager Kitchen and rooftop is perfect Really air-conditioned Every corner smells fresh and clean (most of the time) Some days the bathroom and toilet at my room were missed by the maid.

Location is great and it’s clean. The vibe is a bit off as there is no reception and only cameras. Cristina was very helpful through WhatsApp which compensated partially for that.
-
Great location and self check in easy and staff quick to respond with any questions and great recommendations . I would 100% stay here again!

In the city center! Very easy check in! Good facilities! Great location! Highly recommended for solo travelers. Good value! Nice terrace! Visit Parque da Arrabida without any doubts! Great walk and lunch in El Portihno de Arrabida.

The rooftop terrace was very nice and there were lockers. The staff were responsive on the phone when I had issues. When I arrived, there was no one at reception and I was locked out. They also hadn’t sent check in instructions so I had no idea how to get in. I had to turn on roaming to sort it out. They then seemed frustrated that I wasn’t using WhatsApp, which I would have redownloaded ahead of time had I known it was the preferred method of communication but I certainly would not do that on data while roaming. On the second day, there were people at reception but I got locked out again after dinner because the door code wouldn’t work. Luckily, they answered the phone quickly and reset the code. I can’t imagine what would have happened if my phone were dead or it were later in the night. The floors also had odd plastic carpeting that stained everywhere, though it seemed otherwise clean. Somehow, even though I was the only person in my dorm, it was significantly louder than the full 6 person dorms I’ve been staying in because the insulation was so poor. When someone would close their door, my door would shake and I could hear every conversation happening in the building. I am not sure if this is how it is in the tourist season but if they can’t afford to have it people on site or enough staff to be organized, they should close in the off season.

Not much. Location good. They agreed in writing and verbally to Booking.com to refund for 7 nights of 14 booked BUT did not pay. No air conditioning . Kitchen filthy and smelly.
