Very clean room and walking distance to stores and restaurants

Had busy day at Dollywood. Came back to room and moved pillow to get into bed. Was disgusted to find what I thought may have been a bed bug. Managed to put in a cup and receptionist came up to see see it and told me it was a tick !! She said I must have brought it in to the room myself. Absolutely not as it was under the pillow. She offered to change the sheets but I refused and said I wanted to move room. If I could have left I would have but it was a storm and heavy rain. I did not feel relaxed in the hotel and preferred to sleep on top of covers after finding what she called a tick !! No apology and refused to give me any compensation. Free breakfast was awful and not worth having. I would not stay here again.

We were here for 4 nights. The room was very clean, staff was super friendly. Breakfast was hot each morning, and plenty to choose from. Outside noise was loud being right off the highway, but I brought our box fan (I need it to sleep) so it helped mask the noise. Otherwise, it was pretty quiet even though the hotel was at 100% all weekend.

Great location for shopping and eating out. Pool was always clean. Staff were always helpful. Room was clean and well equipped. No complaints

Elevator locked up, only one Elevator at the hotel, had to carry luggage to the top floor to our room via the stairs and back down again when leaving. Could not tell us why it had malfunctioned or when it would be working again.

I was amazed at how clean the place was, how friendly the staff were, how good the breakfast was.

Terrible experience still waiting to hear from the management left several calls no response DONT STAY HERE I travel often at least once a month and the worst ever and high rate . I have never left a negative review but it is more than deserved
