Sheets were clean. We stayed 1 night but there were some issues especially about the air conditioning. Because it was too cold, we texted the reception for turning of the AC. They did it; however since the room has been at this cold temperatute for a long time, it did not turned back to normal temperature quickly so we got very cold at bed; sheets and pillows were freezing. We asked the reception for the heating but they did not help about that. We tried to warm up with the towels and opened the door to take a bit of warm air inside…Another thing is, the building is like a construction site inside; lots of renovation going on. ceramic tiles are not fixed, they move as you walk.

Really central location, the AC was great, the beds were clean and everyone gets their own locker, just don't forget to bring your own lock. The room was very small and I think the bathroom wasn't enough. There could be two bathrooms or two toilets. Or at least more shared toilets.

The location is great, close to the Cathedral of Seville, close to restaurants and shops. The interior staircase is nicely decorated and a nice sitting interior area. The ROM was great, it had everything we needed.

It was my second time in this hotel. Everything was good. Breakfast is ok, for a reasonable price 5,5€ Location is great. Santa justa train station is 2km away. Room didn’t have windows.
