The location is amazing. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were so helpful booking a flamenco show and giving us restaurant recommendations and information about all the attractions. The breakfast was excellent. The pool is quite small.

Fantastic central location. Beautiful/unique decor throughout the hotel. Room spotless and had everything you’d want, including a coffee machine and a ceiling fan to complement the aircon. Fabulous breakfast in a lovely setting. Fantastic pool deck for a dip, drink or eat, or all three. The staff without exception were always smiling and happy to see you and help in any way they could. Nothing was a bother and they all seem to genuinely enjoy their job. I cannot say I disliked a thing about this hotel.

Clean elegant and excellent location. Will definitely come back here the next time I’m in Seville Washcloths. Didn’t have them. To be fair we were too busy to go down and ask. But the survey want to know something I didn’t like and that was what I could come up with

The room was clean and stylish, and the food and service on the roof top was good. The room was a little small and the roof top "pool" was more of a 'plunge pool" - it needs more shade during the summer months.

Stunning hotel, incredible staff nothing was a problem, immaculately clean (walked past a room being cleaned with the door open, cleaner had bed pulled away from wall cleaning behind it. Beds massive and luxurious. Fantastic pool area on roof with a beautiful restaurant serving amazing food. Endless towels available to just use as many as needed. Honestly one of the very best hotels I’ve stayed in. 100% recommend and 100% would return Just needs more umbrellas/shade on the roof. It was a heatwave with temps 38+ feels like 44. Was unable to use most of the big comfy chairs as literally no shade
