Clean, welcoming, tranquil, just lovely! Also a lovely rooftop bar and plunge pool with great choices of food n drink and great staff. Enough sun loungers and seating. Really friendly, helpful, welcoming staff inside the hotel also, who were so patient with my Spanish! Loved it all. My room was heavenly (booked a balcony room), high spec, exceptionally well resourced. Should out to the cleaning staff who were meticulous. Nothing. It was all fabulous!

Beautifully clean and spacious air-conditioned room set in a little courtyard, with a comfortable bed. Useful mini fridge to keep your drinks and food cool. Staff were polite and helpful at all times of the day. The pool was small but perfect to cool you off from the beautiful heat. The rooftop bar had a limited selection of drinks but enough choice to suit most (inc a couple of 0% beers). Located in a quieter part of town, it is about a 5-10 minute walk to the railway station and bus routes to the airport. I didn’t try the restaurant so I’m unable to comment. If I returned today I return here. I’ve popped this under negative but it’s a personal choice and for consideration - location! It’s about a 15-20 walk minute walk into the old town. If you have reduced mobility you may prefer to stay nearer the main sights; however, personally I enjoyed the stroll in and back seeing the community. And getting to and from the airport is easy from here when you’re loaded up with suitcases. Could be a negative to some, but not personally.

The rooms themselves were great, but the staff were even better. The first room had a water sound behind the wall every 30 seconds which was impossible to ignore so the staff moved me without issue. Then the neighbours moved next to the new room and left their barking dog alone for many hours at a time. The staff moved me again without issue. In the third room, the air-conditioning did not work properly, so we moved for the fourth time. This time to a premium room that had absolutely zero issues at all. I gave this hotel 10 out of 10 primarily because of the staff – all hotels have issues but if the staff can put it right then the guests will enjoy. Will definitely stay here again. All I can say to the upper management is to please audit your rooms a little more frequently

Breakfast is amazing, so much to choose from. Pool area is small but great for a city based hotel.

I was literally just driving back from Portugal to Malaga, but it was late and I checked in very late to the sweetest man name ⚡️ ✨antonio who put me in a beautiful room and then I decided to stay an extra day There was nothing I didn’t like. It was wonderful.

Everything was perfect. I really liked the hotel. The only little disadvantage was that the pool is rather small. On the other side, there is a good view from it :)
