Lack of natural light in the room. The window was small, in a place with low light and even so a forced blinder to prevent looking in the room. The room lights were also low. I liked my stay, but this kept it from a 10/10.

The breakfast was a continental breakfast and the coffee (Americano) was excellent! The hotel was wonderful but the streets and sidewalk are very narrow, especially at the hotel's entrance. Take care leaving! Very friendly and helpful desk clerk!

Concierge who works weekends is a gem, very friendly and helpful. All of the staff was good.

Not necessarily a dislike, however, 1 step out the front door and you can hail a cab. Or, dodge vehicles. Makes for a very interesting experience.

The building was wonderful and the staff were all very helpful. The breakfast offered everything that we needed and the room was comfortable. Maybe a little background music in the breakfast room, as it was a bit quiet. The entrance to the hotel was on a very narrow road and if you had mobility issues, it would cause a problem.

Beautiful hotel, with lots of lovely areas to sit and lovely room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very good continental breakfast. This is a very old house and the wifi doesn’t work in the rooms (at least on second floor).

Beautifully restored space. Location was perfect for us. Easy to walk to destinations in Seville. Our room very comfortable, clean and quiet. Highly recommend this hotel.

It’s in a nice historic building in a good location. The room was large. The furnishings were tired and the WiFi was terrible.

The accomodation was perfect, the stuff from reception gave me a lot of information about hotel and the surroundings. The staff from breakafast area was very sad (2 ladies), i dont know why they do not change the jobs if they dont enjoy it.
