Perfect location in the heart of Santa Cruz, staff couldn’t have done more to help us! Any issues we had were resolved, they gave us recommendations, nothing was too much!

Good location, in a lovely little garden - square There are no refrigerators, and in the summer that's awful

The staff was very helpful, the people working there are truly friendly and responded to my requests immediately. The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the location. I understand it's just a 3-star standard, but the room was very hot. The air conditioning was quite loud and ineffective. The staff did their best, but it seems to be the fault of an outdated AC system. Honestly, for this reason alone, it was one of the worst places I've ever stayed at.

Small bedroom Too small

Location and excellent staff No bar or food on site

Location and room were great Shower not very powerful. Once new breakfast location and communication about this has been ironed out it should be fine.

The location was very convenient and extremely near to the historical sites. The front desk staff were excellent and helpful and take the trouble to whatsap you a few days before your trip and were reachable on WhatsApp to answer any queries etc 1. The room I was given was not accessible by lift so it was annoying booking a hotel with elevator only to find out you can’t use it! There was no notification that the room was not accessible via elevator until I checked in. 2. The aircond in the room was not working. I raised it with front desk next morning and they said will send someone to check but the following night same issue. I had it at 18 degrees and the room was warm and I couldn’t really sleep as was too warm both night and so that wasn’t very pleasant whatsoever.

The staff were really helpful and lovely, the location was amazing, the bed was comfortable, and the suite was a good size with a terrace where a couple of people could sit out easily. The suite was a good size but felt unfinished, which annoyed me as it wouldn’t take much to make it an excellent room. There was no wardrobe as such, just a space to hang a few clothes on a rail, so we had to live out of our suitcases. The room safe was in the same space, so it was annoying accessing it through the few clothes we could hang up. There was a thin desk where they could have had a spacious wardrobe instead. There was a glass door on the bathroom which didn’t have a proper frame around it, so there was no sound insulation and it wouldn’t stay shut. There was no soap tray in the shower or by the sink. The shower water pressure was poor when you wanted hot or warm water. The terrace didn’t have anything to shade it so you couldn’t use it most of the day. The installation of a simple garden sail would have made it a wonderful space to use. All of it simple stuff to remedy and if done, would make it an excellent space.

The Junior staff were very helpful. When the person in the next room moved the bed, the wall vibrated and kicked my head forward. When they were intimate my bed vibrated. Seriously, I'm not exaggerating!

Good proximity to all the sights

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect- not far from cathedral but away from the crowds. The room was cleaned daily and we had clean towels every day. The roof terrace was a brilliant bonus. The only slight negatives were that although the patio table & chairs were clean the patio floor wasn't clean and the small shower head couldn't be left on the adjustable rod because the bracket was broken. We did have the other large head shower so coped well.

Location, friendly and helpful staff, nice spacious room, large terrace overlooking plaza, Full glass bathroom door, door also didn’t stay closed. Breakfast is served at a neighboring hotel “Halo” and was sparse in choices and quantity. Often cold and stale baked goods, hot serving dishes empty and barely warm. We ate at beginning, middle and end of serving time and it was always the same experience.
