It was like stepping back in time into another era when we entered the apartmenr with the lovely preservation of the building, but wonderfully filled with modern conveniences--- comfy bed, nice shower, wifi, fridge, AC, etc. It is located near to many important historical sites in the old city. You can walk everywhere. The apartment was so beautiful and nicely decorated. Alejandro kindly met us at our door to bring us keys. The only thing is that you can't drive up to the door of apartment, so we needed to carry all of our bags on cobblestone streets from the parking garage to the apartment

Beautiful apartment in the old city with a lot of charm. Very comfortable beds. Nicely decorated as La Casa del Torero. (House of the Bullfighter) We had the whole house at Pimienta 7, which is 3 bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite and 2 livingrooms and 1 kitchenette. Even though we called the agency 15 minutes before arriving, as they suggest, we still waited for someone to meet us with keys for 30 minutes. We had booked lodging with breakfast, but when the gal came with our keys, she said that they didn't serve breakfast anymore, and that hopefully Booking will reimburse us for that

Excellent location Poor facilities included - only 3 cups. 3 forks etc and no hairdryer

We'll definitely be back.

Friendly staff. Great location.

The shower retained water and didn't drain well but the staff fixed it quickly. The hairdryer was cracked.

The location right by the Alcazar was perfect for us and the rooms were comfortable.
-
Only a few minutes walk away. Hidden costs for luggage storage.

The terrace was big and had a fabulous view, in a very quiet area (i.e. no parties). The location was great (old town). Some of the furniture on the terrace were rusty, but we were there at the beginning of the season, so maybe they will be replaced. The main furniture were fine. Be aware that there are stairs both to the flat and to the 2nd terrace. No problem for us, but good to know.

Good location in the centre of old town There was no hot water in our apartment so we had to use the bathroom in another building. It was very loud at night

The location is great. Lots of space and great terrace. If you’re after a quieter stay then be aware that as in heart of Old Town there will be noise late at night when the Plaza is cleaned and bottle bins emptied etc. I wasn’t told that we needed to check in at the Hotel Halo so spent some time waiting outside what turned out to be the wrong apartment! Only one patio chair on the terrace so we took one out from the apartment (up spiral stairs!). A washing up bowl would have been helpful as no plug in sink.

Location is excellent , for a group of friends it had what we needed

Exceptional

Very central Very poor reception process. Didn't feel hospitable at all.

The location is fabulous and the apartment had the basics. Communication with the staff who managed the apartment could be confusing. Some requests went unanswered unless we went to the managing hotel to talk with staff. Some apartment furnishings could use updating.
-
The interior is tired and poorly equipped no hairdryer, toilet brush, mugs, kettle etc and there is a pong in the stairwell that needs fixing

We booked this place from booking.com. This place was so bad that we will not be booking with this site for the rest of our trip. We are traveling through Spain and Portugal and we will be using other sites to book for rest of our 3 week trip. The place did not look like the phots that was represented in the website. The place is very dated and not clean. The bathroom was unclean and the tub had mold around it. The hallway up to the apartment smelled like sewage. We could not get the smell out of our nose the whole night we were there. The small refrigerator in the kitchen was not clean. There was no basic things in the kitchen that you typically have in a unite. I have travelled all over the world and stayed in Airbnb and other accommodation and this one was among the bad places we have stayed.

The location was tremendous, right in the center of the old city. The bed was very comfortable and there was enough room for me and a good layout. The windows were nice -- two in the living room, a big one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. The ac worked very well. The apartment looks out onto a square where a restaurant sets up in the evening. It was nice to have that lively energy just outside my window. I worried it might be too loud but when I closed the windows, and with the ac running on low in the background there was no problem at all. There is also a rooftop deck which, while I didn't take advantage of, would have been a nice additional place to relax. The people at the office were friendly, answered questions and were helpful. It would have been helpful to know in advance that (1) cars are not allowed in the area, (2) you pick up keys in a different building than where the apartment is and (3) how to get from where the cab has to drop off to the office. Maybe send a map with the confirming email? I arrived at 1:00 a.m.; thank goodness for Google Maps. There were some small issues (the kitchen light didn't work, I had to request water glasses a few times, the refrigerator had been turned so low that it was warm, there was no coffee maker and the towel hanger in the bathroom is not properly affixed so it falls off the wall each time you take down the towel) which were not a big deal and which management can probable resolve easily.
