Fabulous location and continuous complimentary amenities in the lobby. The pool roof terrace was marvelous in the high heat afternoons! Absolutely will book again. It was all fabulous.

Central location. I could walk everywhere easily. Staff was amazing. They were able to get me transportation when needed and even help me navigate a tricky situation I had! I requested 2 beds through booking.com and they said they didn't receive the request. Not sure where it got lost.

- Great location, everything was within easy reach and it made exploring Seville very convenient. - The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. - The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. - The only downside was the room size, which was very small. If the rooms were a bit bigger, I would have considered it excellent value for money. Apart from that, I was very happy with the hotel, its facilities, and the staff.

Wonderful boutique hotel right in Seville. Great facilities, breakfast was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. 10/10 recommend.

This was one of my top five experiences so far due to the amazing hospitality and warm welcome of the staff. Special thanks to Reyes who took care of us and paid attention and concern to every request we had. The soundproofing was not that good but the welcoming staff and the atmosphere they provided made up for it. Also they offered to switch my room to a quieter one but I was only there for 2 nights so it didn’t matter.

The staff at the hotel were one of the greatest highlights, having been extraordinarily friendly, welcoming and helpful in the utmost professional and gracious of ways! The hotel's hard product - from the decor to the finishing qualities were also top notch! As for the location, simply could not have been any better. Absolutely perfect all round!

Loved the layout of our rooms. Was a perfect match for our family of 4, with two teenage kids. Gave everyone their own space. No outside windows in our room.

Breakfast was acceptable however the timing to start serving the breakfast at 8 am is too late. Because for long day tour the tourist has to start early without the breakfast. The breakfast timing should be 7 am to 10: 00 am
