Great location, gorgeous room, super comfy bed! Staff wasn’t super helpful with me (solo female traveler and he just watched as I struggled with my bags)

Good location and friendly people

Very charming tiles, with good location. We booked a double room on Booking’s website and for a double room, it allowed us to select a double bed or 2 single beds. We chose the 2 single bed selection which stated clearly in 2 places that it would have 2 beds. We checked in after hours and were given a room with a double bed. I managed to get in touch with someone on whatsapp late that night who said that they just give whatever is available for any double room reservation and the website letting us choose is an error. Very odd. It shouldn’t give the option if it is not at all guaranteed. They were accommodating and switched us to a room with 3 single beds the next day. Rooms were simple and clean, the ceilings in the showers of both rooms we stayed in had a ton of mold. The second room they gave us was also on the first floor right next to the door, and you could hear everything that was happening right outside the door, and people typing in the door code anytime someone was trying to get in.

Absolutely beautiful interior design of the lobby. Smells fantastic. Great location in the middle of the historical centre, walking distance to a lot of the city sites. The rooms were modest, but clean and comfortable. Overall it was a positive experience. Nothing inherently negative to say. It is a hostel that provides private rooms. It’s not a luxury stay but doesn’t advertise itself as such so all in all it’s a great accommodation

The room and bathroom sizes were good, comfy bed, very charm place. The location is also very good! The bedroom window faced the street, so we could hear some noise during the night. We also couldn't close it properly, allowing streetlights to enter the room through it.

Cold

The room was beautifully decorated from the tiling on the walls to the lamps - and the building interior was like a greenhouse. Location is 10/10. The bed was quite small for two adults - and we had booking confirmation that the unit included 2 beds however this was not the case.

Grounds somewhat poorly maintained (water leak from the roof, but not in the room!). Room entrance door in poor shape.

The décor and plants were lovely, and the location is great if you want to stay in the city centre. The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. The place had a nice vibe and was very clean. The hotel and rooms have a pleasant antique-chic style, and you definitely pay for the excellent location. However, the room itself was very basic and, in my opinion, overpriced for what is offered. The double bed was quite small for two people, and the mattress was not very comfortable. The room felt purely functional — just a place to sleep — and didn’t encourage a relaxed, slow morning atmosphere or chilling after a long day out before going to sleep. When I travel, I value comfort as part of the overall experience, and I felt this was missing here.

Beautiful little traditional hotel. Great location. Nothing

The classical looks where nice and it was not far from the city centre . Everything was good to walk. The room was advertised with airconditioning. And there we were in an inside room we didn’t need it for the cooling but to get some ventilation going in the room it would have been nice. But the system didn’t work the loose ventilator I tried on two plugs wasn’t working either . I tried to get it changed but no reaction.And to top it the ventilator in the bathroom without windows was also not working. The place was being cleaned very good but the amount of bleach got to your breath. Also it is very noisy must be honest in the night you didn’t have problem but the rest of the day forget about a rest. And I can believe on thing not working being a bad luck but the whole room a lack of interest.

The receptionist Zakia was lovey and super helpful. Overall this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The first room they gave us was next to someone’s kitchen and it smelled like food and cigarettes. Then we moved rooms and both had mould on the ceiling, one of the beds was broken and the mattress is uncomfortable…

Male receptionist upon check.in very nice I paid little for 1 night therfore not much to expect. Still for just bit more money I had in Seville far better accomodation before. You hear absolutely everything in the rooms next door, the entire building and the indoors room are not convenient to get natura light.. Again for q night, for the price I had paid passable but not for longer.
