The soap was diluted to start with, and empty after a 3 night stay. Never was replenished. TV was just weird, a good device but none of the smart options one would expect in today's hotels (netflix, youtube, etc). Room all in all had an old feel, like a trip back in time.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. In general, the systems for checkin checkout, elevators, pool deck all worked well. Parking attached to the hotel was reasonable and convenient. There is a Carrefours right next door for water/snacks/things you forgot. The room needs a refresh, the furniture was beaten up and there was no way to connect a Mac to the TV. Biggest issue was the HVAC which worked, but it is clearly in need of servicing as my wife and I both sneezed continuously when in the room. Other travelers may be less sensitive. When going to the pool, you have to request towels at the front desk as opposed to a supply on the pool deck. Draperies did not easily close all the way.

Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and loved everything. Highly recommended!

Staff is friendly and helpful Good breakfast Clean hotel I liked everything. No complaints

Handicap access room was very good. Large accessible bathroom. Comfortable beds. The restaurant was scarcely more than a cafe with limited menu, limited seating and rather poor food. This is important in a hotel which is quite far from other restaurants etc.

Spacious room with large windows. There was a nice amount of space for our clothes. House keeping staff friendly. Staff wasn’t always friendly. Coffee service was advertised as available after breakfast closed but that wasn’t the case.

There were some issues (bit of mold in bathroom and dirty coffee mugs) but this was handled properly: cleaned up and room upgrade proposed. We refused the upgrade as we didn't wanna repack our luggage, so they gave us a fruit platter and a bottle of cava in the room as a surprise. I can mention that guest relations manager Christina was very attentive to our situation. The room itself was good and the hotel restaurant has a few nice options to choose from when you don't feel like heading into town anymore. The walk to the center takes 20+ minutes but the hotel is quiet and close to a train station (good when you travel by train). As mentioned above: housekeeping overall OK but they missed out on some elements (which all got addressed).

Larger rooms than your regular NH Hotels in Europe. Rooms are clean. Location is far from city center, not convenient if you are a tourist. You can walk but takes 30 minutes or You have to take the bus however that also takes 30 minutes. If visit is less than 4 days, recommend to stay more central for convenience.

Huge breakfast spread. Friendly staff. Location: not in the old town area, so if you have rented a car it's easy to drive to and from. Close to the train station. My family stayed only the one night and we had a great experience.

The property is in a very good location with close proximity to the historic center. There is a refrigerator in the room, which is very tiny, but which is helpful. There is also a very good coffee maker in the room. Also, next-door is a supermarket, which is great. Also, the restaurant and bar in the hotel itself are very nice and reasonably priced. On the booking.com website, it says that it has its own on-site parking , but you have to pay €15 a day, which is a discounted rate, which is misleading because booking.com says parking is included. Word to the wise. The room is very comfortable and well appointed. However, the TV is very small and is not a smart TV, so you cannot stream from your phone. Additionally, booking.com does not tell you that you have to pay a pet fee. It says pets are accepted, but does not say that you have to pay a $35 dog fee. Please be aware of that.
