Nothing to complain about. All was super, specially the job done by the cleaning team on the 5th floor. It was the staff that paid attention the most form all the hotels I have visited. I had accomodation without breakfast.
-
I liked the breakfast and the location was very convenient because in front of the hotel there is a bus station, tram and the underground. Everything was perfect! -

Nothing.

Very convenient, friendly staff and clean

Large and comfortable rooms. Best bed and shower. It might sound strange for Americans, but it was one of the few hotels in my trip to Europe to offer air-conditioned (most of the hotels says it is turned off between Winter and Spring). Very close to Plaza de España, but not as close to the city center (manageable as its 10min by car).

Thanks to Sara working at reception, she was helpful to meet our requirements. Breakfast area was nice and spacious. There was a bad smell in the bathroom at nights. Breakfast should have been more delicious, as this is 4-star hotel. Location is a bit noisy.

Super friendly staff, easy parking, good location at a fair rate The room was smaller than we expected but still fit in our family for a good night’s sleep

the room was so comfortable, the breakfast perfect - and the staff were so so nice!

It was in the city, not far from the airport N/a

Great location next to the tram and train stations. Very clean room and excellent breakfast with a wide variety of items. Would certainly come back.

Great breakfast, central location, really friendly and helpful staff. Shower screen was broken and parking was quite expensive.

No Netflix on tv.

Pool really small

Great location. Right across the San Bernardo station of Renfe, Tram, Metro and Bus. Also bus stop to/from the airport. We took the train(MD) from the station directly to Cádiz. All workers are very friendly. Always greeting us with smile. Receptionist was very helpful. Our room was very spacious, sparkling clean. AC worked great. Safe and small fridge provided. Towels and sheets were fresh and comfortable. Many bars were around for a quick breakfast and bites. Nice size supermarket was in 3-4 min walking. Highly recommended. Nothing

Not really in the City Centre if you want to walk. But too be fair it's very close (50m - for USA: 18 buffalos/60 fridges) to the tram/bus/metro stop.

Good diverse breakfast, large rooms, clean swimming pool and friendly staff who all speak english. The only things of note are that the bidet in the toilet of our room was working but it was only sprouting very hot water so it was impossible to use. Also the room cards stopped working for us many times ( maybe due to interference with our phones ) but the staff quickly gave us new cards.

"I was disappointed with my recent hotel stay. The pool was smaller than expected, and the room lacked essentials like a tissue box. The body lotion was also watery, suggesting it may have been diluted. However, the biggest issue was the pricing. When booking a room for 2 adults and 1 child, I assumed the rate included an extra bed, but I was surprised to be charged an additional €20 per night. This was particularly frustrating given that the booking app defined a child as up to 17 years old. As a frequent user, this was a first-time experience, and I felt misled. Considering the extra costs, I could have opted for a different hotel with better location and facilities. Overall, the 4-star hotel's facilities and pricing didn't meet my expectations, leaving me dissatisfied."

Spacious underground parking if you need it. Very good and diverse breakfast with lots of local food. Friendly and helpful staff, and I would especially mention here the guys at the bar who were available to give you a cold beer even at 10PM :)

Very convenient location. Rooms reasonably well equipped (missed ironing board plus iron!). Cleaning staff very attentive. We have to give particular thanks to all of the staff who worked throughout the electricity blackout, including reception team who helped us to rearrange our travel plans when trains were cancelled. Perhaps it just happened to be our neighbours at the time of our stay, but you could hear a lot of noise from the corridors overnight and early in the morning. Not having facilities to press/iron clothes in your room is far from preferable.

It was very clean, accessible and local to all the tourist sites
