The nicest stay and kindest staff! Would go back in a heart beat!
-
Very thin walls, very noisy neighbors, pictures on the booking are out of date.
-
The coffee machine was not working also the hair dryer. The communication with owner was not good too they didn't react to our complaints
-
Besides 2 chairs, the room carries no table for whatever purpose.
-
no elevator and have to climb the stairs, a bit out of the way from feria (why we were travelling) but that was a personal reasoning

Excelente location to take buses to everywhere and Uber and taxis services. Have a good coffee machine all day and water boiler for teas also provided. The front desk girl, Claudia, is adorable. Would love to stay there again. Peaceful and safe. All doors open by codes. Good place for solo girls. Nice “plazas” around for drinks at every hour on the outside. French style. Family oriented neighborhood with little restaurants, bars and cafes. Visited the “ARTEFACTO” and had a wonderful dinner. Tender pork ribs, “croquetas” and potatoes. Small rest. at the left corner going up the Calatrava street. A hidden gem but known by taxis. Perhaps a little more space but everything else rewards you for the lack of it. Congratulations!

Location The property was promoted as a 4 star hotel, at best it was a 3 star hotel.

We liked a lot that is located in a perfect area for us, many restaurants and the vibe of locals and tourists was cool. For us is never a problem the noise and we can sleep like babies. But I understand that for some that will be an issue

Great location, excellent, pleasant and very helpful staff. Very nice to have a few basic eating and drinking utensils available in the dining area, plus I think the coffee was free but I can't say for sure. We had Room #1 and unfortunately, our windows opened into the dining area, so we had to keep the blinds closed, and we could hear everything going on out there, as I'm sure people in the dining area could hear everything from our room (apologies for my snoring!) To be honest, room #1 shouldn't even be rented, it shoud be a storage room. Additionally, the smells in the bathroom were quite bad, we put the waste bin over the shower drain and that helped. We tried to change rooms but the hotel was full and no other rooms were available.

Staff were helpful and encouraging way beyond, great!

The location was great. Many restaurants, coffee shops and convenient stores within walking distance (less than 5 minute walks). Since the weather was perfect during my time in Sevilla, I walked everywhere except to the train station. The room was clean and spacious. The coffee service was ideal and convenient. All of the staff was amazing and helpful. My stay was wonderful and I would definitely consider this hotel for future stays in Sevilla. The only downside was the thin walls. Unfortunately, this is all dependent on the guests in the rooms adjacent. I had a hard time during my first night because the people staying next to my room spoke very loudly, and had the tv on until almost 2am. I was only able to sleep after they quiet down since I’m a very light sleeper.

The location is incredible. Right next to the best restaurant street. The room is large enough and comfortable. Bed is good. TV is working. Enough place in the wardrobe. Air conditioning is good for heating in January. Weird smell coming from the toilet when, the ventilation is probably not working well. This would fill the room with bad smell and we had to open the windows a lot. The walls are thin and we can hear everything from our neighbors, or from the street if there are people on the street. One easy fix that is missing is the toilet brush, I had to borrow this from the cleaning staff.

Location The room wasn’t clean, walls were paper thin, the window was broken and I couldn’t fully close it so it was cold at night.
