There weren't enough glasses and plates for us. We didn't eat in the apartment much but we did for breakfast or lunch on a few days.

It was nice to have 2 bathrooms with 2 bedrooms & the convenience of the key code without actual keys was great. There was mold in the showers, the kitchen was not very well equipped (no scissors or bottle opener), the location was OK but a bit far from downtown & the pool is very small!

The Hotel is in a perfect location. My conference was on the other side of the river and the morning walk was stunning. In the evening I enjoy strolling around the hotel were there are countless of amazing restaurants. The room is well equip, fridge working, microwave and glassware. The bed was comfy as well. 1. My room was very noisy, there was some machine noise from inside the hotel that you could hear in my room, the windows are not sound proof and I could hear the street below all night long, and the cherry on the cake was that I could hear the beautiful rhythmical snoring of the person in the room next door, as if we were sleeping in the same bed. Above all, I regularly sleep with ear plugs, so all this just to show how loud it was. I asked twice to change a room but was not giving an option. I arrived daily to my conference basically dead. 2. There is no way to control the AC, since it was "summer" the air was cold (it was April, there were some hot days, but at night it really cooled down). I couldn't use the AC because I froze and couldn't open the window because of the loud street. So I just suffocated.

The air conditioning did not work and I had concerns for black mold in one of the bathrooms. My daughter began to react to the visible signs.

Apartment was great, clean and had everything we needed. Loved the location just off the Alameda de Hércules and close to the river. A few more cutlery, plates and cutlery would have been useful, as well as a place to take rubbish out the apartment.

Staff is really nice. Location is a little trouble but I didn't mind because I was so busy getting happy with the room!

One of the bathrooms had water dropping from the ceiling. The area where there was water dropping was cracking and paint was damaged. Looked like an old problem not a new one. I informed the receptionist and we used only one of the two bathrooms. I hope they will fix it before they rent it to a new family.

There was no housekeeping; at least the clearing of garbage would have been helpful.

Noisy neighbors coming in drunk wakening us up! Was a little too far from bus, train and tram line but that was down to us, no fault of the apartments.

Comfortable, convenient a towel rack in the bathroom by the sink would be appreciated

Everything was impeccable

Excellent communication from the property on access - also reception hours were good too. The reception staff were extremely helpful and when booking in they came up to the room to go through everything with you. Spacious apartment with great kitchen facilities. Free washing machine and dryer available on site which was a huge bonus. Nothing !

The living room is spacios, in the kitchen you have everything you need, the furniture is as new, the beds very comfortable.

My favorite stay in Seville so far. very comfortable, pool was great (even if small, it has shadow during most part of the day). everything was neat Parking close by was quite expensive, not hotel's fault

We actually booked this apartment especially for the soundproof part. Location itself: a good one, quiet, less than 10min walk to the bus station. There is nothing.

no food and drink facilities on the premises. we found the door opening frustrating at times eg: when the system was busy STAFF COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL no food and drinks available at the pool

Great location in a walkable but more residential part of Seville… close to many great restaurants and easy to get around. Very friendly, helpful front desk staff. Nice layout and space, we got lucky and had a beautiful view out over the roofs from a high floor. Comfortable bed and nice sheets and towels, well-equipped kitchen. Definitely convenient and would recommend for a shorter or longer stay.

Clean spacious and great location

Great accommodation for our family of 5. Walking distance to the city centre but far away from the noise and nightlife. we would stay again
