One Shot Conde Torrejón

The bed was comfortable. The staff completely lied. We were made to put deposits down for pool towels (they didn’t provide them). Then when leaving the hotel, they didn’t mention the towels. I messaged after leaving to ask them to refund us 40 euros to which they lied and said the towels were never in the room.

The hotel is lovely. Very clean and well decorated. Our was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We also thought it was excellent value! Slightly quieter location but easily walkable into main attractions.

The room was great and the location was good walking distances from all the main attractions. Very friendly staff. The shower did leak quite a bit into the bathroom but otherwise everything was great.

I liked the location and size of room. -Breakfast was poor -Killed at least 4 cockroaches ( they even went into our suitcase) -Stayed 4 nights and no one cleaned our room, I took out the rubbish myself and asked for towels and toilet paper -Air conditioning wasn’t working properly, especially since it was 37 degrees -bought hop on- hop off tickets for a green sightseeing bus from the hotel but the instructions we were given on where to wait were wrong. We paid for a taxi to drop us to a particular location and stop but after waiting for 40 minutes in the heat we rang the bus company who told us the hotel gave us the wrong information.

Location, room was clean and very modern. Rooftop pool was amazing excellent would definitely recommend and return. We loved everything

Highly impressed with our stay here. The place is spotless, very modern and decorated really well. The room itself is great - large TV, fridge, wardrobe space and the bed was really comfortable. The pool was great, it's small but its a city so we didn't expect it to be large. It was clean and the sun loungers were extremely comfortable. We had an issue with the sink in our room, and it was promptly fixed. Our only complaint is the wait at reception, mainly because we felt sorry for the receptionist as she was on her own at all times. Check-in was a lengthy process which meant you were waiting a long time if you were behind someone checking in. This is minor, obviously, but I feel staff should have assistance to lighten the load a little for them.

Place was clean; amenities were good; staff were so lovely and accommodating. The location is close to a lot of tourist spots, restaurants and shops. Definitely would book here again! N/A

Only the ladies serving the breakfast The rooms were not cleaned well, bed was spots, I believe the pastel was not removed, the room floor was not vacuum cleaned, the breakfast was very poor, only a cup of tea and/or coffee, a cup of juice, some milk, kruasan, some lean sliced cheese with a slice of bread, and turkey, too little fruit (slices), and some eggs. Very little portions and every day was the same menu. It was not an open buffet. Attaching pic of fruit to see

The design and location of the hotel and the room being comfortable. The pool was nice, somewhat small but great for refreshment. The breakfast was served based on menu, not as a buffet style. The possibility to select was limited to the hot beverage and the type of egg meal. The garage is in the basement, taking lift is required. The lift and the garage is suitable for small car, with medium car it is very difficult to get in/out.
