Very beautiful hotel. The interior of the hotel and rooms were lovely. Staff were very helpful. WiFi was quite weak and would often disappear. There are several stairs so not so stroller friendly. Parking is available but quite tight entry and exit into the car elevator to underground.

The location and the staff were wonderful. Helpful, courteous and friendly Nothing really. Maybe in the future look towards having a small bar area if possible

The stay was pleasant. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. The room was spacious, clean and confortable. Two small caveats: the fridge didn´t seem to generate cold (I´ve had this same problem before); the wifi in the room was unstable but near the cafeteria was fine.

Very good location. Great space and comfortable. Helpful staff. Our room seemed newly renovated. It didn’t match the room we booked online. Huge surprise! The AC was not the strongest in our room. Could be because it’s hot in Seville but we had it at 18 and it was still warm in our room.

The location was great and at most 20 minutes walk to almost everything we've wanted to see. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The indoor parking underneath the hotel was very convenient. The garage had only 5 or 6 spots in total, which it happened that there was one available for us, but we had to pay for it per day. It would have been nicer if such a spot were available at the time of the booking (which I specifically inquired for) it could've been included in the total price of the room and not an additional expense at checkout time.

I loved the location, and the whole area was central and absolutely beautiful. The staff were welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. The actual hotel is stunning. Photos do not do it justice. I ordered room service food, and it made me so ill! I couldn't leave the room for ages, as I had diarrhoea and stomach cramps. After a long journey, I ordered a simple meal, but it was so oily, and overcooked and was not expecting that at all. I told the staff but they explained that it is an external company that provides the food "so it was out of their hands". I was so disappointed that I was still charged even though I left half the meal, and had had such a bad reaction.

This place really feels like a top hotel. The decoration in stunning. The service is to a very high standard. The bed and room were very comfortable. The public areas of the hotel provide a cool, calm and relaxing space to unwind.
