Position is great, since it is in between the more touristic center, and the more down to earth local barrios. You’re quickly everywhere. The breakfast service in boxes works fine. Communication over social media and email with staff was effective. separate bathroom and shower would be more convenient, since it holds up to six people. Also, the unit with open spaces and mezzanine is the lesser choice compared to one with two bedrooms and the sofa in the living room. If you receive advice for a parking garage, make sure the car fits, for instance, if you travel with a big van. Can get a bit noisy at night if your hotel neighbors continue the fiesta on the staircase in the patio ?

I JUST STAYED THERE BECAUSE MY PARENTS HAVE FLIGHT FROM THERE ,,, AND THE BAD IMPACT IS THAT THERE IS NO PARKING SPACE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE HOTEL... AND MY HUSBAND GOT FINE DUE TO SOME WRONG PLACE PARKING I ALREADY INFORMED ABOVE

I booked at the last moment. That was a PROBLEM. The site did NOT explain that the code would only be available after responding to an email requesting the elaborate (legally required) information. I got to the door to find I could not enter; only after guests leaving the property let me in could I get wifi and find that email. I then also had to call the number in Madrid to get into the room. The folks in Madrid were VERY helpful.

The staff was very helpful, the apartment’s layout was convenient. I found a cockroach in the bathroom.

Noise from neighbors was pretty loud. One night it was really bad coming from the downstairs room, they kept us up all night.

Location is very nice, very close to the centre. Apartment was looking nice and clean No shower in upstairs bathroom and huge cockroach waiting for us downstairs on a ground floor

Beautifully decorated. Very clean and spacious. Couldn't get in. Person on phone refused to give PIN. Received no email with details until next day. Other renters let us in and told us combination to door. Very poor insulation..lots of noise from plumbing and movement above. Outlet in kitchen taped over. So coffeemaker and microwave not usable. No temperature control. We were so cold, and couldn't find extra blankets. I slept in my down jacket and towels heaped on bed. Person at help number listed hung up on me twice without speaking. One shower leaked and water ran into living room. I had to put gasket in place on other shower. No directions on how anything worked. The sheets on one bed were worn and tattered. Unable to let down shades in other bedroom and was awakened by floodlight in atrium 0300.

Flexible check-in and check-out, comfy bed and great location Some hand towels would've been nice. The apartment is quite dark as it's on the ground floor, but that's also a plus when it's hot outside.

The location was close to the area of Sevilla we wanted to see. It would have been nice to have blankets for the beds.

some bad hispanic guy forced me to scratch out my handphone by his hand thru his bicycle near parasol downtown narrow ally area around 8 pm. pleaee be careful by bicycle guy your expensive phone. i yelled and runned and followed him for 10 minutes but 10 peopels watches but nobody helpled me, pleaee be careful this area and careful your precious memory handphone.

The facilities are modern and well-maintained. Approximately two hours before check-in, we attempted to contact the provided number but did not receive an immediate response. After several attempts, the staff responded and informed us that access codes would be shared shortly before 3:00 p.m. Upon returning to the property at the scheduled time, we had to call again, as the codes had not yet been sent. Given that we were accompanied by two elderly family members and the temperature exceeded 35°C, this delay made the arrival experience uncomfortable. It would be helpful if the staff were more attentive to guest needs, particularly during hotter periods such as June, when we visited.
