The hotel lobby and reception were impressive, and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional—exactly the standard one would expect from a four-star hotel. Their warm and attentive service created an excellent first impression Unfortunately, the room itself fell far below expectations. It overlooked a derelict rooftop covered in rubbish, a particularly disappointing view given the hotel’s claims of offering iconic views of Seville and the Metropol Parasol (“Las Setas de Sevilla”). The stark contrast between the hotel’s advertised appeal and the reality from our room was difficult to overlook. Access to the room was also inconvenient and unexpected. After taking the lift to the third floor, we had to navigate a further three flights of stairs to reach our room. This was tiring and impractical, especially for a hotel presenting itself as a four-star property, and there was no clear indication that the room required this additional access. The rooftop pool area was equally disappointing. It felt cramped and uninviting, with very limited loungers available and much of the space taken up by bar and restaurant seating. As a result, there was little opportunity to relax comfortably by the pool during the hot day.

Great location, rooms were a good size & the beds were so comfortable. The housekeeping was good but they didn’t replace our dirty flannels with clean ones. That’s just nitpicking if I’m being honest.

The location is perfect, the rooftop var and pool are a hit The bathroom.

The location is great, the rooftop bar is even better, and that's the end of the list. There was no hot water in our shower the first morning and there were centipedes in our room. The staff didn't offer a different room for us and didn't take us seriously even though we showed the front desk photos of the bugs. They also attempted to overcharge us for their laundry services. And when I brought the receipt down to the front desk, an apology was never given, however they did correct the amount. It still felt like a scam to me though.

Location was superb- rooftop bar to view the eclipse was such a bonus. Really central for eeverything- the cathedral, places to drink and eat. Everyone we met who worked at the hotel was lovely especially the breakfast man who always supplied my jug of cold milk with a smile. The rooftop pool was small but excellent for a cool down and a chat with other travellers. The room was beautifully air conditioned and roomy and we felt very looked after - cleanliness and efficiency were other exceptional attributes. Breakfast was unhurried and the choice was wide- the fruit was my highlight. Well done to the whole team there - I would certainly recommend this place and stunning Seville to others. The sink drained a little slowly - the only tiny negative.

The location was fantastic, only a short walk to the cathedral area , plenty of eateries and bars... the hotel staff from reception to the cleaners were attentive and polite. The roof top terrace bar and swimming pool was fantastic a great to chill out after a morning of sight seeing. superb team throughout Nothing!

Excellent location, fabulous staff, great facilities, we will return next time we visit Seville ⭐️ Small terrace area at roof level but fully appreciate this is a city centre hotel so we were grateful there was an area to relax on the sun when we weren’t sightseeing
