It is a nice hotel with a very good location. City center is near, we could walk everywhere. Room was very clear. Last night we tried the room service to order burgers, it was very tasty and high quality. The room we got was terrible. It was room nr 001 and it was just across the reception desk. It has no privacy at all. We could hear everything from the hall from 2pm to 2am. Could not rest for a minute. We asked for a different room but they cannot give us right away, we needed to stay there two nights. A request for the staff: please do not give this room to anyone, it is not suitable for a pleasant stay. If you planning to stay here, ask them to give a different room.

However, the cleanliness standards could be improved.

The location is unbeatable as it is in the center of the old part of Seville, yet located on a quiet side street, so you do not hear any street noise. The property is beautiful and spotless. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet and they have excellent air-conditioning (Seville can get quite hot, so air-conditioning is a must). There is a small market/grocery store literally across from Bypillow Abril which is very convenient. Although check-in staff start at 2 pm, they are there till the very early hours of the morning, and travelers who arrive early can leave their luggage in safes and use toilet facilities for free until their rooms are free (they will check you in earlier if the rooms have been vacated and cleaned by the time you arrive, if you're early). hotel not so full, but they still didn't put me in the room right in front of the reception, and of course I had a long flight and couldn't sleep in the afternoon because it was always noisy. They could have at least asked.

Ideally situated. Don't get fooled by the number of stars. Accommodation is really good, with a rooftop accessible to guests. You can also leave your luggage in lockers the day of arrival and departure. Expectations management: there is no restaurant and the reception is not 24/7.

Location was great so was staff.. I was made to feel welcome .. the room size and bathroom were nice Room 1 is right next to front desk on one side and on the other the street.. it was so loud I could even hear the front desk person shifting in their chair .. the room is also next to the entrance door that made a tone of noise .. the room had an over powering smell of cleaner .. it’s a crime they rent this room out to people that want to rest

The hotel is in a super convenient and central location, a supermarket across the road and coffee shops and taps bars near. The reception staff were both very nice and always greeted us on arrival during the day, a nice touch of complementary water, tea and coffee refreshed daily. I overall really enjoyed my stay, We were in room 1 which was right outside reception and you could hear outside and inside noise however this doesn’t bother me the slightest but could for others so maybe bring earplugs or ask to not be on ground floor.

Great job

The location is very good: about a 15–20 minute walk to the main sights in the city centre, and around 5 minutes to Las Setas, so it is very convenient. Rooms facing the inner courtyard are very quiet – my room looked onto the courtyard and I really appreciated that. However, it is worth knowing that some rooms do not have windows, and others face the street. Since there is a very good tapas bar right nearby (which I can highly recommend), guests should decide whether this is suitable for them depending on their preferences. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and they always try their best to assist you with anything you need. Housekeeping also works very well and reliably — for example, water is regularly replenished, which makes the stay in the room feel comfortable and pleasant. I found it unusual that the reception service hours are from 2 pm to 6 am, meaning there is no staff available in the morning. It worked fine for me, but I personally think it would be more useful for guests if someone were available after the morning hours rather than during the night. Well in advance of my stay, I had already requested a quiet room not located near the elevator, but I was initially given a room directly next to it. The room was an upgrade and included a small terrace, but there was a loud exhaust unit outside, so I could not keep the window open. I was later able to change rooms, which solved the issue. Although the room was cleaned well, it still had a slightly musty smell that did not disappear even when I aired the room by opening the window. I suspect it may have come from the bathroom or older installations, and in the evenings the air did not feel very fresh. It is also worth noting that the rooms are not very well sound-insulated: noises from neighbouring rooms can be heard, and in the room next to the elevator you can clearly hear the elevator every time it is

Good room good price

We had a lovely stay! A very comfortable room, really clean bathroom, and modern decor. We requested a room with a terrace and got it on the spot. Staff were all lovely and helpful, they explained to us the map of the city, showed us where to go and gave us food recommendations. Our room had a big bed and a side sofa, with an adjustable mounted TV that can be turned to face both directions. There was free complimentary water, tea and biscuits and also a kettle in the room. The hotel has a really beautiful rooftop as well. The only drawback about our room was that it was quite compact. Although there was a big closet, there wasn’t really a place to put our luggage comfortably.
