Accessibility The internet wasn’t working and connecting with the establishment by phone was difficult, but this was addressed eventually. Couldn’t use the rooftop pool as it wasn’t clean.

Comfy beds, great location, and we liked the addition of the communal kitchen. Very cramped and the balcony we paid for was too small to sit or even stand on. Room was not very clean, nor was the bathroom.

The location is perfect! Alejandra is the best. Excellent that we could leave our luggage in a locked room. We missed some shade by the pool. Sometimes we had no wifi connection.

Exceptional

Location was great, property itself was great. Overall, a pretty good value. The beds were very tiny, but comfortable.

Room 2 was on the ground floor. Very clean bedroom and bathroom area. Room was small though. Double bed was 2 singles together but not that noticeable. Bed was quite hard but ok. Pillows were very hard and only 1 thin blanket but I spoke to the cleaner the following morning and she provided softer pillows and 2 additional blankets. Walk in shower was spacious and water hot. The only mirror in the room was in the bathroom so difficult to get ready when one person using the bathroom. Shared kitchen with good facilities was on the first floor but a mini fridge in the room just to store water etc would have been so useful. The very tiny outside area off the room with 2 chairs was not used. Extremely high walls surrounded it all! Excellent location just 2 minutes walk to Las Setas. All felt safe with electronic door and room codes. Lovely modern building inside. Did not use the mini pool/ outside area as I went up one day - only 2 sun beds and a chair and all were in use- it’s hit and miss and very small area and plunge pool. Contact with staff when I messaged was good. A map/leaflets of the area would be useful- the QR code on the leaflet on the wall did not work. A good stay. See above

Exceptional

The room was great and comfortable. The shared kitchen is modern and had everything you could need. The location was spot on for us allowing us to stay local for food and drink or exploring further into the city. Some of the fittings in our bathroom were a little worn and in need of either repair or replacement. Shower taps very loose and hanging off wall quite a bit. Sink tap was also quite worn and tired.

Very clean room. Great location. Friendly staff. The beds were so small. Only one flimsy pillow per bed. No ventilation so at night the room got very stuffy.

Property was in a fantastic location walking distance to everything, easy self check in Room a slight bit small for three people and balcony should not be described as a balcony as u can’t not stand out on it
