When the room was showed to us the malfunction of the toilet tank was presented as particular way to use it : turning a tap and you have water at the toilet. But the water didn't fill the tank, as about to discover when you need it the most.

We really liked the location and the staff. This hotel is in a fun area with beautiful views and lots of things to see and do. There are many food options close by and the staff was friendly. We did not get to visit the rooftop bar because we were to busy and tired but it seemed popular. We stayed on a Friday night and construction started at 8:57 AM Saturday morning. It was continuous hammering for 30-45 minutes which meant there was no sleeping in after a long night of exploring. This hotel has ear plugs on the nightstands for guests. I am assuming that it's because it is a popular area with the night club. However, ear plugs do not blockout the sound and thudding vibration through the walls from hammering.

Additional soundproofing could enhance comfort at night, particularly due to the vibrant surroundings.

Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Quite basic. No real reception or lobby. Virtually no decoration or furniture in room except bed and plastic/acrylic chair. No closet or shelves to put clothes. Advertised as a “suite” but really an average size double room. Extremely expensive for what one gets; there are 4 star hotels in the same area with similarly priced or cheaper rooms.

Perfect location, amazing views, boutique rooms. Friendly staff, with a rooftop and street level restaurant with a direct unobstructed view of the cathedral.

Beautiful with roof top bar overlooking cathedral. May not be for you if you are sensitive to noise but I slept well!

Very good location and neat place

Prime location, great view Staff wise, A nightmare. We arrived and had nobody there in reception to receive us. The guy working in the restaurant had to check us in - mind you 20 min of waiting to have any type of service from the team there. Resulting in us missing our dinner reservations. And same thing in the morning at check out, no reception staff to check us out either

Scarce staff available

Great view balcony and the room was cozy and warm

Very noisy , the bar finished and yes it was a bit noisy with people until about 1 a.m which I didn’t mind so much , but the main problem is all the delivery and garbage vans pull-up out the front all night and all hours of the early morning - this appears to be servicing all the other restaurants and bars down the narrow laneways nearby. If they properly sealed the double glazed windows,it would help.

It’s noisy from 10 am on, but the view and location is worth it.

Everything is elegant and clean, let alone the perfect location It gets noisy at night. I did not like that I was asked to give my credit card details written in a document (i have traveled the world and stayed in all types of accommodation and no one ever asked to write down my credit card details)

Rooms amazing view spectacular. Bathroom 5*. The staff constantly asking if we were going to rooftop bar when we were going to our room in the lift. We stayed 3 nights and told them each time we were hotel guests but still asked over and over.
