The ambience in the hotel is of good quality. The pool area is very beautiful private We had issues with the air conditioning starting and stopping. The TV didn't work all the time, plus I couldn't watch any films, not even through TV casts from my phone. This was turned off on the system.

Hotels rooms are new, mint and comfy, Wonderful staffs at the front desk, helpful, nice and can speak fluent English, they definitely with a compliment! I would stay again for my next visit Everything is goood

The staff were very good and the location was excellent for visiting all the sites We didn't like being woken up at 7.30am with building works opposite the hotel and also thought the drinks were very expensive

It was very well situated for getting to all the main attractions. Restaurants were within walking distance. The hotel bar offered good evening meals and a lovely relaxed atmosphere in which to watch the World Cup! The room and all the hotel facilities were very good indeed and all the staff were extremely helpful. The parking! Although the garage was right by the hotel, the space we were allotted was extremely tight and we worried throughout our state as to whether or not we would managed to get out of the space without damaging the car. Luckily another very kind guest guided us about as we found two people were needed to check as the driver manoeuvred the car to exit safely. One of the hazards of being in the centre of a city!

The breakfast was a basic buffet but was nice. The staff were very friendly and the rooms comfortable and clean. The parking was good too. Could have had more drink options with the breakfast.
