老城停车不方便，住了三天电梯都是坏的，然后给我们的房间完全没有VIEW，可能因为在老城区，房间也挺小的。

The best location, the best lobby/courtyard. Very helpful staff. Really impressed Only negative things were room keys. They kept not working again and again. Lastly, they gave us clasical keys.

The hotel was absolutely charming, in the middle of old town. It had an open courtyard in the middle of the hotel, which was beautiful. We were welcomed with a drink and quickly escorted to our room. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back. It was a little difficult to find, but once we found it, we had no issue!

Beautiful property, very helpful and friendly staff, a free bottle of Cava while listening to the evening’s free guitar concert in the lobby.

Very quiet, cozy, elegant hotel. And the location is perfect. It’s very quiet and we had great rest in room. The service is very good and the welcome drink and cakes are super good! Kids love it!

We arrived to a very friendly welcome - the staff could not have been more helpful and we were very grateful for all the excellent tips and advice Agustina gave us. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. The hotel is also in a great location, with plenty to see, eat and drink a few minutes walk away. The bathroom in our room was a little cramped and could probably do with an update - although the towels were excellent and we appreciated the magnifying mirror and extra toiletries.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a peaceful courtyard with plants and a fountain. It was cool even during the hot afternoons. Our deluxe room was spacious and well equipped. Classical guitar in the evening was very nice and the recommended sister restaurant San Marco was very good. Everything was great

We loved our stay here. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the complimentary glass of cava was much appreciated on a super hot day. The hotel is beautiful—just as pictured. And the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We had a great night’s sleep with lovely AC. And the room was quiet despite being on the courtyard. The location was fantastic, on a beautiful, quiet walkway in the heart of Santa Cruz. That we couldn’t stay longer!

The hotel is in an ideal location in the Barrio Santa Cruz. The Alcazar and Cathedral are a stone's throw away and other sights like the Placa d'Espagna and San Basilio neighborhood are an easy walk. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We received an orientation upon arrival. They made dinner reservations for us each of our three nights. Each restaurant was very different and a wonderful choice within a five minute walk of the hotel. They arranged a tour of the Barrio Santa Cruz with a fabulous guide. She brought the history alive in a way we could never have appreciated had we just walked the area. The hotel has a splendid courtyard where we enjoyed a drink and live classical guitar each evening before dinner. You can eat breakfast in the courtyard as well and it is a a wonderful breakfast. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Good lighting and a good bed. Definitely have the hotel arrange for your taxi from and to the train station or airport. The drivers then know how to get you close to the hotel and assit with your luggage as you cannot be dropped off or picked up at the door.
