Great position, lovely stuff, everything was perfect and clean. The bathroom has no window.

Pleasant small hotel in a perfect location. It’s close to the central area with the cathedral and giralda. Because the hotel is at the top end of a busy street, it is quiet. However, lots of restaurant choices just down the street. Nothing

The property is located right in the city center, which makes the location absolutely excellent. Everything you need is within walking distance, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. We always felt welcome and well taken care of. The room was very well equipped. There were plenty of towels, extra trash bags, a small table, and many other thoughtful details. We really had everything we needed, and the overall level of equipment and amenities exceeded our expectations. The value for money is excellent. Considering the location, comfort, and facilities provided, the price is more than fair. We highly recommend keeping things exactly as they are, as the current standard offers a great experience for guests. Another great advantage is that the reception is staffed 24/7, so there is always someone available to assist guests if needed. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this property to others. There were only a few things that we did not like during our stay. The pillows were unfortunately very uncomfortable and could definitely be improved. The bed itself, however, was very comfortable and spacious. We also missed having a refrigerator in the room. Even a small mini-fridge for keeping water, drinks, or snacks cool would have been a great addition and would have made the stay more convenient. Since the room tended to become quite warm and stuffy, we had to sleep with the window open. Our room faced the street, and while noise from people was not a major issue late at night, other disturbances became noticeable once the streets quieted down. Garbage collection, street cleaning, and other early-morning maintenance activities were quite loud and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Another factor that affected our sleep was the location of the room. We were close to a school and a cathedral, which meant that the area became quite noisy early in the morning. With the windows open, we were regularly woken up by the surrounding noise from around 7:00 a.m. onwards. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to get a proper night’s rest. It is a shame because the room itself had many positive aspects, but the combination of the heat and the noise significantly affected our comfort. Perhaps providing an additional portable fan would help guests in similar situations. With better air circulation, it might have been possible to keep the windows closed at night, reducing the noise from outside. However, without sufficient ventilation, the room became too warm and stuffy to comfortably sleep with the windows shut. At the same time, using the air conditioning was not always practical. The room’s electricity system required the key card to be inserted into a slot for the power and air conditioning to work. This meant that whenever we left the room, the air conditioning automatically turned off.

Location is awesome and for a decent price. You can get to most places on foot. If you're lucky you get a room away from the street for a nice quality sleep. Elevator is available. Leaving the keys and picking them up. It was not a big issue but it felt a bit odd to have that as a policy. The room we got was pretty small but if you're going there just to sleep then it is sufficient. Just beware if you have a lot of suitcases it might be cumbersome.
