Very convenient location. Close to everything. Spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Beautiful facility and great location. Be careful about the room you pick. Our room which was beautiful, had a stained glass window high up near the ceiling. That window never was dark. Until we left the hotel and went to another, we always thought it was jet lag that would not allow us to sleep. We now believe that it was that the room was never even remotely dark. Otherwise, the hotel and room were wonderful.

Staff were super friendly and even arranged for a taxi to the airport when we struggled to get an uber - this allowed us to make our flight which seemed in doubt not applicable

The location is perfect: 4 blocks from La Giralda and Alcazar, walking distance to : Las Setas, the commercial area, Plaza de España, Plaza de Toros, Barrio de Triana

It was a perfect room (and room size), location was perfect to all local attractions, bar and cafes. We tried breakfast which has so many options. The staff was so pleasant and helpful :) Nothing at all...! :)

Ideal location, a short walk to all main attractions. Reception staff is friendly and very helpful! Very good breakfast buffet. No restaurant offering lunch or dinner, but there are lots of options a short walk away.

The hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk from the Cathedral, numerous restaurants, and several of Seville's most popular attractions, including Plaza de España and Las Setas. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality options, making it well worth the cost. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly stay here again. One minor inconvenience we experienced was returning to the hotel late one evening and finding the front entrance locked, requiring us to wait for staff assistance to gain access. While we understand and appreciate that this measure may be in place for guest safety and security, a more seamless after-hours entry process would enhance the overall guest experience.

The location was perfect.

This was one of the best and most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at, the interior is absolutely gorgerous and the room was incredibly comfortable. And the staff are absolutely dears, super kind, helpful and professional. Can't wait to be back! I have nothing to say here! Everything was absolutely perfect. Thanks again.

good breakfast, large room, good ambience, helpful staff. one block away from Cathedral. Surprised at noise from adjacent alleyway but tolerable. Swimming pool closed despite hot weather. Found terrace bar on roof only open arund weekend.

Great location Location

This was a great choice, I enjoyed it. We had a big room, comfortable, with many amenities, the staff were really nice, and the location is incomparable. The rooftop terrace is great. While we were close to the elevator and thought the noise would bother us, it wasn't the case. The breakfast is good. Nothing really.
