The stuff were very friendly and helpful and they speak English Clean and location

We only stayed one night and left early for airport so no breakfast was required. Staff were very helpful. Thank you very much.

Overall, this was a very positive experience. The location could not be better, so close to the cathedral, and the Alcazar. The staff was very attentive. The room was spotless. The breakfast was outstanding. Whatever minor issues that we may have had, the staff handled without issue. A most positive experience. The room was a bit small though spotless. We spent so little time in the room, except for sleeping, we barely noticed the size. The many positives of the stay made this hardly noticeable. .

The location is excellent, except that at the moment due to construction in order to have breakfast, one needs to go on a 10 min walk and it also takes extra minutes to get to the cathedral… The construction mentioned above

Superb location. Walking distance from the Cathedral and Alcazar. Also, can walk to Plaza de España.

Lovely hotel, spacious feeling to property Nothing

Great location, close to cathedral but in a quiet street away from the crowds. Nothing, it was all great.
-
Location Neatness The beds were smaller than twins. They were uncomfortable The room didn’t have any windows. It was suffocating.
-
The location, the staff, the room, breakfast! Very kind people working hard on a very nice hotel right in the center of it all.
-
Great location very near the cathedral, very clean modern decor and welcoming reception staff.

The location, the vibe was excellent.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to the main historical attractions. Cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast was wonderful. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, especially Mr. Sergio, as well as the breakfast restaurant service team. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was amazing and helpful. They even delivered a breakfast to go for me when I was catching a train prior to the actual breakfast opening. The breakfast was also delicious with lots of options. I would highly recommend this hotel. Nothing.
-
The location was a little more difficult to get to since it was located on a very narrow street, however, the taxis were still able to drop us off and pick us up no problem.

Nothing everything was perfect

Location was decent. Staff and cleanliness were outstanding! Beds were super comfortable for both me and my young adult son. Drivers were also excellent. Staff went beyond normal expectations to assist us with requests and questions. Highly recommend this hotel for stays in Casablanca. Can't think of a thing I'd change.

Location, comfort of room and hotel’s terrace. Amazing central location in the old district (Casco antiguo) of Seville! Although a relatively small building, the hotel is nice, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Given its location in the historic district, it is a real plus the hotel has an elevator! It also has a beautiful terrace on top with a tiny pool. It was a perfect place to have a takeout dinner and watch the sunset during summer. Beautiful view of the skyline of old Seville! The bottom floor of the hotel, where the reception is located has a nice sitting area and 24 hour complimentary good quality snacks and drinks, very nice! Our room was located on the last to the top floor and unfortunately didn’t have an outside view, only a window to the inside of the building. Although I normally prefer to have some kind of view from my room, it did not matter much since we were most of the time out and about, and when we came back to the hotel, went up to the roof terrace. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful with tourist attractions and restaurant recommendations. It seems like the hotel’s staff is very thin. This might have been the reason for a misunderstanding in arranging both our takeout breakfast and a taxi cab the day of departure. Since we were leaving early (6:45 am) the staff kindly offered to pack for us the included breakfast and also to order a taxi to pick us up. When we were leaving, we found out that the person that was there to check us out had not been told about the breakfast and therefore nothing was ready. Also, the taxi reservation was a little bit of a problem since somehow they ordered two services for us at different times that morning, and the taxi driver was upset because, unbeknown to us, he had been waiting for 15 minutes for us. To make things more upsetting, this taxi driver charged us €27 from the hotel to the train station, when normally a taxi ride should be no more than €10 (we had taken another taxi the day before from the station to the hotel and paid €7, including an extra charge!). We protested and ended up giving €20 to the Driver since we were rushing to catch a train. Lesson learned, if you are a foreign tourist avoid ordering taxis to pick you up when in Seville!

I love that it’s very small and quaint. I love how every room looks different and I’ve now stayed in three and my last two visits. I appreciate how well designed the interior is. Most importantly, the staff is amazing and very attentive. If I’m being brutally honest, there isn’t anything I did not like about the property.

The staff was very kind and helpful, and the coffee machine and water in the lobby was a very nice touch. I spent a bit of time on the roof in the pool, and it was a welcome respite during the hot weather. The location was very central and close to dozens of sites, shops, and restaurants while still being down a quieter street. If you plan on spending a lot of time in your room, be aware that there is very little natural light. The rooms don't have exterior windows -- only interior windows that get light from a roof skylight.
