Guzman El Bueno Suites

The location was excellent and it was very clean and AC worked great. The staff were helpful Bed weren’t that comfortable and they didn’t have things such as salt and pepper and napkins.

Great Location. We would stay here again. There really isn’t a negative.

The rooms are clean and have all the essential amenities; the terrace overlooks the cathedral.

Great location, across from a historical building! Walking distance to everything—the cathedral, Alcazar, and so many good restaurants. Very nice corner bedroom. Very comfortable for 5 adults. Plenty of windows and light. We were in apartment D.

Good location (although one cab driver refused to go all the way due to the narrow streets) Shower door not cleaned, building noise is very loud (not street noise), communication with host was poor. Unit is worn. Lots of bugs (looked like mites. Repairman arrived 10 minutes after we arrived, unannounced with not prior communication from host, to fix 4 broken outlets and spackle over holes in the wall that appeared to be from previous window coverings. No prior notice or follow-up from host. After he left we found that the stovetop and exhaust fan had no power. When we contacted host they had more questions (!!!???) and we decided to not spend our time trying to get the host to address the issue.

The apartment was clean and comfortable in a central location to all the activities we wanted to do! Check-in was easy, in that we received our code morning of our arrive, making the property and apartment easy to access. Once inside, the apartment was more spacious then I had hope. Everything was clean and comfortable! Loved having the washer inside the unit and we had courtyard, so we were able to easily dry our clothes. A/C works very well! The shower could be designed a bit better. The barrier could be extended a bit more or something else to prevent the water from going outside the shower.

The location was great. Far enough away from the main tourist attractions so it was quiet, but close enough that we could get there easily. Nothing

The bed was comfortable but a bit hot. There is a kitchen sink but no soap or sponges.

The location was perfect right in the heart of old Seville, only a minutes walk to bars and restaurants. The apartment however is peaceful and there is no noise from the outside street. There was nothing to dislike.

Excellent Location! Surprisingly quiet! Clean, roomy, and lots of windows. Great rooftop garden with view of the Giralda. Needs more hangers for towels in the bathroom.

Great location in the old town, just a few minutes walking to the Cathedral, Real Alcazar and many restaurants/bars. Narrow streets and access by car/taxi is challenging; we were dropped off/picked up a few blocks away.

Marta from GoToSeville was very helpful and the place was amazing. It was less then 3 minutes away from the main street with all the restaurants. The walk to the cathedral was less than 5 minutes away. Also from our apartment, we could see the view of the cathedral which was breathtaking.

My family and I found the beds uncomfortable and the shower had enough warm water for 7-8 minutes.

It was a great stay. Great location, close to everything, a few minutes to the most important monuments. The apartment looks like in the pictures, it is well equipped. The owner was very helpful, answered our questions very quick, helped to organize a taxi from and to the airport. I recommend.

Exceptional

The location was ideal so close within walking distance of the major attractions and bars and restaurants. Very quite at night and an amazing view from the shared rooftop .

Location was super. Would totally recommend this accomadation for location alone.
