Room was clean. Staff was helpful. Room was very cramped. Bathroom was so small that, if you sit in the pot your knees will touch the front wall, basin was so small that your hand touches the basin while washing. There is no elevator.

El hotel estaba muy limpio y era muy acogedor. Está situado en pleno centro histórico, a solo diez minutos a pie de la orilla del Guadalquivir. El personal es muy amable! El hotel estaba muy limpio y hay una máquina de café gratuita en el vestíbulo. Nos alojamos en este hotel dos noches y nos encantó. ¡Muy recomendable!

Great location, staff were amazing! Rooms were clean and tidy! Huge shout out to Criss at reception who went above and beyond during my stay! Some slight noise pollution from the other rooms and the communal stairwells

The location was fantastic - easy walking distance to pretty much everywhere I needed to go. The bed felt massive. The aircon was luxury (came from London's sticky, hot humidity with no aircon) - with apologies to the hotel for forgetting to turn aircon off when I checked out Saturday morning. The bathroom was pretty spacious. I've booked a return trip in February, a longer trip, with more time to explore. I can't really think of anything - height of summer, a mini fridge would have been useful for storing cold drinks but I appreciate that particular single room didn't have much space for one, perhaps in the closet/cupboard? That said, the bathroom was cool enough for a couple of bottles (provided milk wasn't left to go lukewarm).

Number 1, Ali is the one who greeted hs in Nua Sana Cruz because we arrived after 11pm, it was impeccably clean. That they close the common room at 8pm it would be great to have it open 24/7 instead in case we need hot water or anything

A beautiful, clean and very central hotel. Close to bars, restaurants, the Cathedral and the Alcazar. Coffee and tea facilities in the foyer. Great value for money. Very friendly, pleasant and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The rooms were decorated beautifully and the beds were comfortable. . We had two rooms, which worked out perfectly. One on the main floor and the other up one flight. They had complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. The hotel is very close to everything in the city center and many of restaurants. No lift to bring luggage upstairs. Other than that perfect.
