Excellent location. Beautiful reception areas, more like a mini museum, with artefacts and memorabilia tastefully displayed. The bed was huge, very comfortable. Breakfast fantastic (we had red level options which were very good) Our room, though stunning, was dark. I understand that Seville is hot and large windows aren’t great for keeping rooms cool. We had a beautiful patio area, but there was limited natural light.

I liked the location and the staff were trying their best . I did not like the design on the doors. I did not feel comfortable with the room. The design of the room and the bathroom is supper uncomfortable. Breakfast was not the best, despite providing a menue still food was not as good as it should be for a five star. Lovely city hotel, with creative room doors! Tiny rooftop pool and lack of sunbeds.

Tiny room. Tiny window. Very dark. Noise from the elevator the whole night.

Amazing location and the staff were all lovely. The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfy. It was a shame a few things were missed such as a basic hairdryer being provided.

Hotel looked amazing, the location was perfect and the staff could not of been better. The bed we had was massive and the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in. It felt like affordable luxury. There was nothing to dislike.
