location, swimming pool The crib wasn't ready—we had to wait; the hotel itself is in need of renovation; the air conditioner is very powerful, even on the lowest setting.

The room nice and clean bed was a rellally good size always with coffe and water added daily.We met the cleaner and she was a lovely very polite lady! The outside of the room was a bit noisy but that was on other guests not on them! The night receptionist was always polite and helpful but the morning one (lady with light brown long hair) was a bit rude,I've asked her how much the shuttle for the airport was to see if it was cheaper than a taxy or Uber and she replied "it's not FREE" when I clearly never asked to be free! Other than that service was okay the hotel is in a really good position and the room was nice and always filled with coffee and water daily.

The location, the size and cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom, the swimming pool on the roof top. Fridge in room was useful, coffee machine kept well stocked and complimentary water More sun loungers could be available (5) even an extra one to accommodate 3 couples

Breakfast food choices The plunge pool Air conditioning Can I suggest the hotel introduces quiet time. For residents either coming in late (after 11pm) or early (before 7am). The lack of storage and surfaces to put things on. Pay closer attention to the cleanliness of the room. The bottom of the curtains were dirty, the tiles in the bathroom were dirty and some surfaces were dusty.

Great location in Seville, rooftop pool, mini bar and extremely helpful friendly staff Our room had Aircon, but it could’ve been with being cooler as it was struggling

Location was very convenient for walking everywhere. Room was clean, I liked the Juliet balcony with opening door, and the welcome biscuits and chocolates were a nice touch. The bed was too firm for me and I didn’t sleep well. The shower could do with a screen that goes right across, so that the bathroom floor does not get wet. Whilst the pool water looked perfectly clean, the tiles seemed a bit grimy / black / sticky in some places. It’s also very shallow and small, but fine if you just want a quick dip to cool down.

The pool was lovely , although small but nice to cool off in the heat , but not enough sun beds . Water dispenser in reception was an added bonus. We did not have breakfast as found it to be expensive, there was a lovely local cafe close by . All staff were very helpful. The car parking was difficult to get to ! Unfortunately due to street closures. But that’s not the hotels fault . Not enough sun beds by the pool .

Nice staff, location, facilities, etc. I would stay there again when I go back to Sevilla.

Spacious room. Great location. Roof top pool. Rooms were not sound proof so it was very noisy from cleaning staff and other guests.

Super clean, modern, near center and all important places

Roomy, nice neighborhood. Staff was super helpful. The refrigerator was almost full of their high priced items for sale - little room for our stuff.

It had a pool Unfriendly staff, no one could speak English or French. Very small room and bathroom, advertised a shower but it was a handshower that couldnt be used from the wall

You need to google the property and then select directions
