Location Shower could have a door instead of curtains.

You get what you pay for A typical Spanish style hotel so understandable that they are limited in what can be done Couldn't control the air con. No communication from the hotel regarding the power cut and the lighting in the rooms at night - was blinding and concerning. Some reassurance would have been nice.

Good only for 1-2 days but not more than that. I find the washroom needs tlc.

Location was excellent, staff were friendly, patio was beautiful The AC barely worked. It gets really really hot, and the AC barely blew air. There were also many ants in the bathroom.

24-hour reception, great location, helpful staff, and a clean hotel. Unfortunately, our room had no window, which made it feel very uncomfortable, and I couldn’t sleep at all during our two-night stay. We also arrived around midnight, but there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room.

Incredible location and value for what you pay!

The architecture was nice, courtyard etc The room was smelling like old wet soil. Bathroom was in a corner with hardly room to bath and poor quality. No proper shower. Thankfully we had only booked for a night

The classic Sevillan style, the patio with all the plants, and the location. Didn't like the pillows (too hard). The mattress had a layer that sounded like plastic, which made me skeptical. Nonetheless, it turned out to be comfortable.

The location was excellent, very close to everything and within walking distance of most of the important sights in Seville. The bathroom was clean, and the staff was helpful. The room was very small and had a strong unpleasant smell, something like mold, because it had only one very small window opening onto an internal balcony with no real ventilation. I could not adjust the temperature because the air conditioning was controlled by an on/off card system. Overall, it was very expensive for what you get.

Shower clogged, toilet clogged, air conditioning didn’t work. They hotel staff acted liked they were inconvenienced by us when I asked for help. We needed up switching rooms 3 times. At the end they mentioned the rooms in the bottom floor all have issues. I requested compensation and got €20 back.

Good location and pleasant professional staff. The last two night had a strange smell coming from the bathroom. The front desk informed of the situation and they will resolve the problem.

Excellent location! Very clean. Very representative of the architecture and culture of the area, which made for an authentic visit.

Staff being very friendly and welcoming. Its a pretty hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The vending machine swallowed my money. The room handle was a bit broken and had a weird smell when we arrived. We had to request the TV remote and AC remote. No eating in the rooms and leaving the key when you left felt a bit weird.
